I like Loveless better, but the FMA manga is the best I think.

Fullmetal Alchemist is my personal favorite, though I'm sure there are better anime/manga out there. ^^;

DDD: I am actually not very fond of the FmA manga. o.o
I mean, Love forever and all that, but I would pick the anime over it any day.
And yes, FmA = love. There's no doubt about it.
I haven't, to this day, seen a better anime than FmA.

I like both the anime and manga equally. I love seeing something animated, as it flows better in my head rather than reading it. But I also like where the manga is going right now. D: I wish they'd make a second series, and animate where the anime and manga split. That would be my ultimate dream come true. ;0;

The movie was split up into a whole new season. D:
I realize a whole other set of episodes about the Elric reuniting might get boring, but you'd get to see more Heiderich, and who doesn't want that it'd still be cool to learn about them.

Oh my Raito, a whole season about the movie would be GOD.
And I love the manga and all, but I think the anime is better for some reason.
It's not that I don't love the manga, it's more like I think FmA is the best anime ever and can't be beat, but I have found better manga than the FmA manga. -shurgs-
Simply an opinion...
It may be that I don't like the art style as much, but that's just me. The art style makes a big impact on me as a manga reader.
