Personally I like the Brock X Nurse Joy Pairing (Theres so damned many of them... one's gotta love Brock xd )
They seem the most alike to me, loving pokémon, caring for their injuries, ensuring their well being. I can see Brock and one of them settling down and opening a Pokémon Health Care and Breeding Center.

Sorry to say, but it's only an infatutation. Besides, has a Joy or a Jenny returned his "love" back? To me, it seems more likely that Brock x Lucy will happen because Lucy likes him back.
