Genjutsu:

This is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.

Denomic Fire:
After Hiei forms the needed handseals, a huge ball of fire will descend from the sky to envelope his target. The victims of the genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire and flee their location for safety.

Temple of Nirvana:
This is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill.

Transformation Jutsu:
A jutsu that allows the user to transform into almost any person, but keeps his own jutsus.

Shadow Clone:
A clone shaped exactly like the user of the jutsu. It is a real figure that can attack, and won't go through the opponent when touched.


Ninjutsu:

Excorcism:
The user does a long chain of handseals and their hands glow a whitish blue. They then plunge their hand into the person's chest and pulls out the demon spirit(Bjuu) possesing the victim. They then trap them in a special chakra infused clay pot meant to hold spirits. The ordeal is huge, so there is a 50% chance of not making it through. Also, the technique requires the victim to stand still,so restraining the person is required. This would usually takes two Aoigetsu members. One to restrain the victim, and the other to extract the demon spirit(Bjuu).


Shadow Shuriken:
When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.

Release:
A ninjutsu technique that allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Dance of the Crescent Moon:
As the ninja charges at his opponent, he creates mutiple shadow copies to confuse his opponent. Using the confusion, the real ninja will attack from the opponents blindside.

Chakra Absortion:
After activitating the technique, Zabuki's hand will glow with chakra. When he touches his palm on his opponents body, he can withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing their chakra, it greatly increases his advantage over his opponent.

Five Senses Confusion Disorder:
This odorless powder is dispersed by an explosive note. Once in the air the toxin will be inhaled by their targets. The gas will confuse their opponent's senses and slow down their reaction time. Even when the target tries to dodge the attack, they will be unable to correctly maneuver to avoid it. This allows the wandering ninja to attack freely and have a higher chance to injure their target.

Substitution Jutsu:
A jutsu that allows you to replace yourself with a nearby object.

Shadow Clone:
A clone shaped exactly like the user of the jutsu. It is a real figure that can attack, and won't go through the opponent when touched.

Body Flicker Technique:
A jutsu that enables you to move so fast, it looks like your teleporting.

Fire Release: Grand Fireball:
Gathers chakra in his lungs and exhales, causing a fireball.

Fire Release: Fire Dragon:
Gathers chakra in his lungs and exhales, causing a line of fire in the form of a dragon.

Fire Release: Dragon of the Darkness Flame: (made up)
It's a fire attack that comes out of a chosen hand, in the shape of a dragon. Little have survived this attack.
If anyone uses this technique and their chakra is below 60%, then they will not be able to use the hand they form the fire in, for the rest of their life unless an experienced medical ninja, performs a medical jutsu.

Fire Release: Katana of the Darkness Flame: (made up)
Fire surrounds the users weapon, prefurably a katana. It increases the strength of a swing and can damage the enemy shinobi even if it misses. The maximum distance it could damga the other person is 6 inches.

Fire Release: Darkness Flame: (made up)
Not made for an attack. It surrounds the user and the opposing shinobi with fire that's 10 feet thick and 20 feet high. The only person that can stop the fire is the user.

Phoenix Fire:
The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Fire and Wind Release: Fire Whirlwind:
In this attack his Fire elemental combines with his Wind elemental to form an even more devastating attack. Hiei creates a fireball from his mouth and a wirlwind with his hands. The two attacks then combine in the air to form an even more powerful jutsu. Because the attack also includes Wind, a mere Water attack will not be able to stop the whole blast.

Earth Release: Inner Decapitation:
Goes under ground and stays under until ready. When ready, he comes out of the ground, beneath the enemy shinobi. Then he grabs his leg, attempting to drag them underground.

Earth Release: Rock Wall: Hiei hits the ground and a layer of rockforms about 7 feet tall, to block attacks.

Earth Release: Earth Dome:
After striking the ground with his hands, Hiei is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around his opponents. Using the chakra absorbtion technique he places his hands against the dome he is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it into his own body. At the same time Hiei will use his own chakra to spread throughout the dome, this allows him to repair any damage his opponents manage to inflict on the inside. The chakra is not evenly spread out though, as the chakra flows away from Hiei, it becomes more and more weak. Allowing the dome to be broken on the far side if hit by a hard enough force.

Water Release: Grand Waterfall:
After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Water Release: Water Fang:
The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.

Water Release: Water Dragon:
The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a column of water to rise from the water in the form of a dragon, and then strike their target.

Lightning Release: Ball of lightning: (Made Up)
This is like the chidori in the form of the rasengan, but not as damaging.
Hiei puts 75 percent of his chakra into his hand. Then a sphere of lightning apears in his palm. When using it, he has to maintain all focus on the target or he will loose control and it has a ten percent chace of hitting.


Bio:
He is a skilled swordsman with incredable speed. His parents were thought to be killed in a former war between Sunagakure and Kirigakure, but are watching over him. He is a very short-tempered person, but will not do anything too hasty. Hiei has a wrapping around his right arm. Under it, there's a black dragon in the form of a tattoo. When he takes the wrapping off, it enables him to use 3 of his strongest jutsus. The 3 jutsus don't use normal fire. They use black fire, which is by far, hotter then normal fire.
