I'm a LARP player, but I don't live in the states, so I don't know any of the games you talked about lol...
But it's fun, once I played a construct ^__^ And.. I don't know what kind of character I'll play this summer...

I played Delmara last summer (only did 1 game though, after that was busy with work so couldn't do it..)
And I'm gonna play more this summer too, since my boyfriend is in the organisation team! ^__^

Last time I was playing a construct, and I wasn't finished, so i was talking like
"me eats pudding" and walking funny.

b'ah, depending on the game and on your character, you don't actually have to fight... You can focus more on roleplay too.

Otaku Slayer Thomas Ive never really LARPed,but I am not so damn bad with a sword even though I dont have any style. unless you joined the SCA, your sword fighting skills would be meaningless. Most LARP weapons are so freakishly light that you would end up breaking your wrist trying to fight with a real soword, even a rapier, if you fought in the same way. rofl
