Ok you can also do this at home with some friends. You dnt even have to do art- you can also use tektek.
What you need to do (paper and pencil version) is to get a plain piece of paper. You need 2 players or more. POne perosn will draw the head, make it an alien, an animal, or just a normal perosn- whatever you wish ^_^ - and then folder it behind the paper. give the paper to the next person and they draw the torso. Continue switching throughout players for the head, uppder stomach, waist+start of legs, thighs, calves and feet.
The results can be hilarious. you can also do this with tektek, by one perosn doing hea,d the next for upper, and so on for lower, back, acc, and hand.
EDIT- Another fun game, it requires less work and can go for hours. It is sort of the same thing, but you can see each others additions. Start with a normal stick figure, and each person adds something like a glove or something. The results can be really random, me and my friends play it when we are bored in the middle of a class.
Ok i cant find my shool books from last year so i cant show you osme finished ones, but we ended up having all sorts of tihngs, like antennas, wings, pirate hats, and oven mits ^.^

We could probably do that. I saw that same idea on this one website. You get a background to start out with and the the next person adds something to it. Either something small like a dot or an actually thing. Example:
[x]-------->[x]---------->[x]
The first move i did from blank to blue was i used a paint buncket on either adobe photoshop or paint. Then from blue to sky i drew a sky. The next person to continue on will maybe...draw a dog. Then aftyer that a cloud. Then so on.
