I am considering reworking the first chapter of my fanfic. I think my writing has improved throughout the course of the story, and I think the first chapter isn't as good as I could make it now. I would like a second opinion, though. Please go to the Ninja Files and look at my fanfiction, it's called A Rewarding Assignment. Read it, and tell me whether I should rework the first chapter.
Also, if you can, please give me other criticisms as well. No one in the guild has replied about it yet, and I could use some input.

I think you should keep it the same. It's on my list of faves and I see nothing wrong with it.

Yes, but I haven't put anything good on it. Just a short NaruHina fluffy thing I wrote at one o'clock in the morning and a songfic I really messed up on sweatdrop
