Do any of you guys use these? Are they any good, or are they just marketing scams? What ones would you recommend?

I'm considering ordering some TRIBEX gold and stacking it ZMA to boost testosterone levels and muscle gains.

What would you guys recommend I do?

Go through a health shop, chemist or gym etc. Don't buy through internet or magazines, a lot of them are scams and will milk you for every dollar they can get by promising false results

I've never used them, as they've always been called a scam by others more qualified to know than myself. Best recommendation anyone could make, and it might seem silly to you, but it's to sit down with your physician for a nice bit of conversation on how you might go about your desire to bulk up with some muscle. Let them know that you'd like to do, and listen to what they have to say. Ask to see a Dietitian, so you can work out a diet that'll help you to meet that desired end. Best of luck to ya.

I've also been thinking of taking something to improve muscle gains as well but I read its just best to take some powdered protein and mix it up with something in a shake or get protein shake mix (though those usually have around 200ish calories dunno if that works for you). That'd be the healthiest stuff you can take since to make good muscle with that and some good weight training. I also read you should take as much grams of protein per day as your current body weight if you want to promote the best muscle growth.
