“Gr... I don’t get it!”
A strange roar was heard in a black castle in a strange dimension. White flowers, somewhat like daisies, surrounded the castle but a few miles after the walls of the castle, the land looked as if it was torn off from the earth and at the edge, a strange purple sky can be seen from below. Within a room of the castle, a young man with short white hair, light blue eyes, and wearing a large black cloak was pacing back and forth, enraged. He looked to be twenty. At his left side was his desk almost completely full of papers. On the bottom of the stack, there was a folder that read, ‘For Council Use Only’ and on the tab, it read, ‘Hellsing’. Behind his chair was a roaring blue flame and at both sides, were two stained glass windows. At both sides of the room, there were shelves that aligned the walls and touched from one end to the other. He soon headed toward his chair, that faced south and he soon sat in it, pondering. At the northeast corner, a black figure was watching him.
“...so, did you figure out the mystery yet... Master Erik?”
Erik growled under his breath. He looked at each paper and sighed.
“Nope, I haven’t figured it out yet Vlad... now come out of the shadows why don’t you? You’ll be out of sunlight one day...”
Vlad soon came out of the shadows. He had long black hair, but he didn’t look like he was growing a beard or a mustache. He looked as if he was twenty-one years old. He was wearing a long read coat that matched the color of his hat. He was wearing orange glasses that hid his eyes. Erik scratched his head and looked at him. Vlad chuckled.
“... well, keep looking... it’s bound to end up somewhere...”
Erik sighed and scratched his head again. He looked through some more papers and soon held up a few papers in his hands.
“...Integral Fairbrooks Wingates Hellsing...”
Hearing that name, Vlad twitched and soon walked immediately toward Erik. He looked at the paper, noticing a picture of a young girl with light blonde like hair and dark skin color. She was wearing glasses and a uniform for a Japanese school. Vlad blinked, looking at the picture again.
“...is she the one that I will be serving master?”
Erik nodded and then turned his head to look at the surprised Vlad.
“... do you have any objections?”
Vlad thought for a bit and sighed. Erik smirked and soon put the paper down.
“... none master.”
Footsteps were heard in the hall and Vlad snapped up his head to see who it is. Uncertain of the footsteps, he soon dashed toward the sound of the footsteps in the hall and soon pointed a light grey gun. He was soon met with a girl with long black hair equal to his hair and dark brown eyes. She was wearing a long grey shirt that was above her knees. The shirt had a confederate flag on it and words above and below it that read, ‘Cecil Avenue Middle School Civil War Day’. She looked to be sixteen. The girl jumped and soon reached for the gun with her left hand. Within a split second, she thrusted her palm into his chest. Vlad’s eyes widened and he reacted by wrapping his free arm around her. The girl twitched and looked at Vlad. Within a few seconds after that, they started to fight each other in a hand-to-hand combat. Erik blinked, hearing the strange noise and soon jumped out of the hallway. With each hand, he grabbed Vlad in his left and the girl in his right. Both looked at Erik, who was smiling.
“...say sorry you two...” he said happily.
The girl and Vlad blinked and they glared at each other.
“...sorry...” they murmured.
After all was said and done, they went into Erik’s room. He let go of both of them and they stood as if they were in the military. Erik sat in his chair and sighed, looking at the girl.
“So, what’s up Brenna?” he asked curiously.
Brenna smiled. Vlad looked at her, thinking to himself. ‘...Brenna Lynn Picar?’
“The usual Erik... not much has happened, but Integra and Walter are doing fine...” she said happily.
She soon turned to Vlad and smirked. ‘Yes Alucard, it’s me. Brenna Lynn Picar.’
Vlad blinked, somewhat confused, and watched Brenna turn back to Erik.
“...found anything yet?” she looked at Erik.
Erik sighed and soon slapped his hands down onto the desk. He growled under his breath.
“WE AIN’T FOUND s**t!” he roared in anger.
Brenna chuckled and Vlad looked at Erik shocked. ‘...Master Erik never cursed before...’
Brenna turned her eyes to Vlad. ‘...that’s because he wasn’t as mad as he is now...’
She soon walked a bit towards his desk. She soon lifted his head, making his eyes look into hers.
“...Erik...” she said softly.
He blushed, surprised.
“Y-yes Brenna?” he asked.
Brenna smiled and soon straightened out her body.
“You have nothing to worry about!” she proclaimed.
Erik stared at her, shocked and saddened at the same time. He slammed his head on the desk. ‘...but I do! I wanted to kiss you!’
Brenna looked behind her and Young Integral and Walter appeared behind her. Brenna turned around and smirked.
“Are the four here already?”
Walter nodded and bowed.
“Yes mistress, they’re on their way...”
She smiled and nodded.
“Good... but don’t call me ‘mistress’... get use to the fact that you’ll be calling Integral ‘Master’ or ‘Sir’... okay?”
Walter blinked, confused. He then nodded, wishing that Brenna would explain why he had to call Integral ‘Master’ or ‘Sir’ when she currently is a woman.
Integral sighed and looked around a bit. She soon turned her eyes to Vlad who was staring back at her. Brenna looked at both, noticing that they were thinking about something. She thought to a bit herself and sighed. ‘...oh well... I’ll have to force them to have amnesia if I have to...’
Four people stood at the doorway, staring into the room. One was wearing a sleeveless dark blue shirt that was under a black trench coat. Under the sleeves of the coat, she was wearing fingerless black gloves. She was also wearing dark red pants and black boots. She also had black hair and dark brown eyes like Brenna. She looked as if she was twenty-three years old. Another was a man that looked to be twenty-four. He was wearing a long brown coat with a banded Nazi symbol on his right sleeve. He had short blonde hair and blue-greenish eyes. The third one had dark blue hair and a steel plated headband with a symbol on it. He had a white shirt and black pants with a sword sheathed at his back. The fourth had long black hair and dark brown eyes as well, but she wore a long white and black dress with frills and bows. Both Erik and Vlad stared at the four. Brenna smiled.
“Hey everyone!”
The first of the four smiled. She ran up to Erik and started to shake his hand happily.
“Hello Erik! It’s such a great pleasure to meet you!”
Erik blinked. “...uh... hello... um...?”
The girl smiled. “The name’s Fiore!”
Brenna smiled and soon walked back to Erik’s desk.
“Don’t mind her...she has mood swings...”
Fiore looked at her and growled. “WHAT DID YOU SAY!?”
Erik blinked and soon turned his gaze from Fiore to Brenna and back and forth.
The second walked toward the desk as well. He looked a bit serious, but he smiled weakly. “...hello Erik Alexander Gray... I am Isheal... I wish not to stay too long for I have work to accomplish back at Millennium...”
Vlad blinked and looked toward Isheal. “... you work for Millennium?!”
Isheal looked toward Vlad. “...it’s for me to know, and for you to find out...”
After that, he turned back and thought for a bit. ‘...he looks exactly like Radu’s brother... but he couldn’t be Alucard... could he?”
The third walked toward the desk and bowed. “I am Purity Uchiha... and-”
Erik blinked and looked at him. “...you’re the same kid that’s trying to avenge the Uchiha family’s death because your cousin killed him... correct?”
Purity’s eyes widened. “H-how do you know?!”
Brenna smiled. “...he has files about that... You’re not the only one who wants revenge you know...?”
The fourth finally came toward the desk, but she didn’t smile. Walter looked at her and shuddered. ‘What is she doing here?!’
“Good evening Sir... I am Cassandra Eri Senichi...”
Erik blinked and soon laughed. “...there’s no need of saying ‘Good evening’... there’s no time in this dimension...”
Cassandra blinked. “...I see...”
Erik stood up and opened his arms up. “I welcome you all... to the world of Hellsing!”
(...that was just the first part of chapter one...XD)
