Wait, so what is this?This thread serves as an announcement for the offical ER-VGD chatroom as well as a list population of who's in the chatroom. Why don't you join us? biggrin But what the hell is Skype? Skype is a lot of things (phone service, file transfer, short message service, video conferencing) but the main thing the ER-VGD uses it for is a guild instant message chatroom. Skype is free of charge (and advertisment free) and doesn't take very long to download. The website for you non-google types 3nodding http://www.skype.com/So once I get Skype, how am I supposed to get into the guildchat?Once you created your username for Skype, post it in here and then someone in the chatroom shall send ya a friend request and then an invite. So yeah, join us in the ER-VGD chatroom will ya? 3nodding It's where we usually set up our game get-togethers, VGD forum pasttimes, and overall just have a good time with each other.

[.SamusAran.] No point to go back. I left 'cause all you guys do is bug each other to play 360 games, so why should I stay when that doesn't concern me? Friggen' bullshit, you guys want people to hang around, make a skype conference chat about playing against each other then. Keep the chat about games, not invitations, and other such things, 'cause personally, how the ******** am I to reply to, "Wanna play Crackdown?" "Okay lol" -crickets- -"Uh.. guys?" "Oh sorry Samus, 'can't reply, sorta busy." =/ "Good game." "yeah you pwn'd me with _____" -can't reply- I've had this problem before with threads and such. So there. If I show up, it'll be few and far between, there's no point for me to be there. And so everyone else knows; if you don't have a 360, Crackdown, GoW, etc. there's no point in you joining their conversation, and downloading Skype. 'Make sense as to why people left? Pretty much the same exact reason I left.

We DO have downtimes where we just don't game and just chat ya know. That's how stuff like the Pokemon battles is how we set up DS wifi battles over Skype. Besides, it'll be the same thing once the Wii gets online. Samus and Buru aren't the only ones without 360's, there are other members with the same dillema, they can easily go with a chat...also Eternal's 360 is down.
