you can only really make 100k in on day when you have alotof money already. To start making money a good way is to sell tickets, it's tedious but you can make a pretty penny with them... after you make a god amount of money you can then graduate to buying and selling donation items or even rare items. Though it will take time to get the funds

It is just the same with the stock exchange! You need to have alot of money to have a safe start, otherwise you would land on your nose.
Item prices rise and fall, just like the stocks. For example a few weeks ago the spirit falcon was about 12.000 G and when I bought it the price was down to ~8.000 G. Or the price massacre with ink last tuesday:
21.000 Bucks for a bottle of pink Ink! Now, the price ranges between 2000 and 2500 G.

He makes a good point, when new features are released, prices go NUTS. Like with the tattoos, inks value almost increased, I would like to say 500%. You just gotta try to watch everything. If you see certain items dropping in price, and they keep lowering, then they have no where to go but up.
