hi, ok i joined a few months ago but gaia got screwed and i couldn't log on. So now im gonna get in2 this. XD tho, i wanna start my own RP based on my own manga. is that allowed?

It depends on the manga. Technically, aslong as the RP follows GAIA guidelines, it could happen.
Tell me about this manga that you plan on basing it off of.
