Ok let's face it. Not everyone can have "The Perfect Job or Life" and that can make things a bit stressful, frustrating and can cause burn out problems.
1. Recognize what the problem areas are, and whether you have the ability to change them or not. Change what you can. Find coping strategies to adjust to the things you can't. 2. Vary your environment. Don't limit yourself to one type of activity, vary your routine a bit, exchange responcibilities with other people, when possible, from time to time 3. Become more active socially. With friends, or even co-workers. Suport from others can make a difference. 4. Take care of yourself first. Get proper sleep, eat healthy, exercise get what you need first. 5. Remember to take as well as give. And don't be ashamed to ask for help.

That's helpful advice, thanks I tend to "crash and burn" quite a bit. Putting up with things until I have to deal with them...never a good way to go thru life.

yeah, I understand that one. Put something off for too long and it starts piling up interest and add ons and then it becomes impossible to manage.
