nat should add a new "must be dark" rule to the 10k contest and get rid of the non dark people.

That's the whole problem though. You can't tell if someone is "dark" if you don't know them. Should banish the use of adding people you don't know. Thus cutting down on the people who wouldn't fit in the guild.

however there is a bit of a trust factor involved. it's unrealistic to expect him to have to talk to everyone a person lists just to find out if they know each other.

It all comes down to this: Don't just cruise around for names and list them. Add people you know.
Or cruise around a similar-sounding forum and advertise? One that allows that sort of spam, anyways.

Then there should be a dress code. All members must wear an item with Nightmare, Demon, Dark((only for cirtain items)), or Demonic in its name. That would clear things up.

Well, not at least on that level. I think making people obtain certain items is a bit much :s
Besides, you can look very dark without having any of the demonic items o.o

AND just because someone dresses "dark" doesn't mean they are. You know? Just because someone is wearing deomic anklets or a nightmare scarf doesn't mean anything. Are you saying someone who wears an angelic headband wouldn't in any way make a nice addition to the guild? I personally don't think people should be juged on their outter-wears. But hey, that's just me.

Just forbid people to put down names of those they've never even talked to, and if they do, they will be punished, or something.
