Clan Description

This clan from Konoha Village is known for its ties to insect. At birth, clan members form an agreement with bugs to inhabit and feed on the chakra their body creates. In return the bugs will serve the commands of the clan member.

Secret Techniques

Kikaichuu no Jutsu
("Destruction Bug Technique") A Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Aburame clan of Leaf village. After being born, the clan member serves as the host nest for the kikai bugs. In return for feeding on the chakra the hosts' body provides, the insects will do the bidding of the clan member. The host can use the bugs to seek out the chakra of the opponent and attack them, or use the bugs for their own techniques such as the Kikaichuu Bunshin. (Note: BASIC. Skill from birth)

Mushi Bunshin no Jutsu
("Bug Clone") AKA: Kikaichuu Bunshin - A Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Aburame clan of Leaf village. Using the destruction bugs living in their body, the clan host uses the bugs to form a Bunshin copy of them self to trick their opponent. Once damaged by an attack, the technique ends and the clone disperses back into the bugs which formed it. (Note: C Rank)

Mushi Kame no Jutsu
(Insect Jar Technique) Mushi Kame no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Aburame clan of Leaf village. After forming the needed handseals, the clan user will expel the destruction bugs living in their body. The bugs will surround the member and fly at a high rate of speed forming a protective vortex. The vortex will be strong enough to destroy incoming bug attacks. The vortex can be disrupted and the clan members inside rendered vulnerable if sufficient explosive force is expended outside the protective shell. (Note: C Rank)

Mushi Yose no Jutsu
(Insect Gathering Technique) Mushi Yose no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Aburame clan of Leaf village. After forming the needed handseals, the clan user will place their hand to a surface and extend a web-like chakra lure to insects in the surrounding area to their location. Running this web over the area will cause any nearby bugs to walk up into it and follow it back to the source. (Note: D Rank)

Akimichi

Clan Description:

This clan from Konoha Village is known for its ability to modify the size of its body, increasing their mass to a large spherical ball. In this form it is difficult for the clan user to take physical damage.

Secret Techniques

Baika no Jutsu
(Multi-size) Baika no Jutsu is a Taijutsu techinque used by the Akimichi clan. Using this technique the clan member can alter the size of their body. Highly skilled clan members can alter the size of their body to a large scale with little trouble. When the clan member changes the size of their body, it uses up body calories. Because of that the clan members will usually be seen eating high calorie diets. (Note: E Rank)

Bubun Baika no Jutsu
(Partial Multi-Size) Bubun Baika no Jutsu is a Taijutsu techinque used by the Akimichi clan. Using this technique the clan member can alter the size of their body. Highly skilled clan members can alter the size of their body to a large scale with little trouble ((say like high chuunin or low jounin). Those with lesser skills can use the Houren (Spinach) pills. Taking the second pill allows them to accomplish the partial multi-size skill if they could not normally attain it. With this skill the clan member will enlarge one of their limbs. This allows them to stretch and cause a more powerful impact against their targets. (Note: C Rank. Must have Baika no Jutsu and Nikudan Sensha)

Choudan Bakugeki
("Butterfly-Bomb Bombardment") Choudan Bakugeki is a taijutsu technique which utilizes the red Akimichi hyourougan pill. This pill should only be used as a last result by the ninja. Once ingested, the ninja will immediately burn off all the calories within their body turning it into chakra. For the Akimichi clan and their large girth, it can burn enough calories to give them 100 times their normal strength. When the clan member focuses all their chakra to one hand, it will carry an explosive amount of impact when it connects on their opponent. (Note: B-rank)

Nikudan Hari Sensha
("Spiked Human Bullet Tank") Nikudan Hari Sensha is a Taijutsu techinque used by the Akimichi clan. A modification of the normal Nikudan Sensha, the clan member will surround their body with a loose chain of kunai or edged weapons. When their body is enlarged, the chain becomes taught which allows them to increasing the rotation speed and destructive when they roll. This causes their body to become a large rolling spiked ball which will slice into anyone or anything which gets close. (Note: C-rank)

Nikudan Sensha
("Human Bullet Tank") AKA: Meat Tank. Nikudan Sensha is a Taijutsu techinque used by the Akimichi clan. After using the Baika no Jutsu technique to modify their body into a large sphere shape, the clan member draws their limbs into the main spherical body. Next they launch their body into the air and begin to spin at a high rate of speed. Launching himself at the target, the fast spinning prevents most incoming projectile attacks from landing, instead they bounce off with little effect. Any direct attack the opponent uses with their body would result in the crushing of their attackers bones. (Note: C-rank)

Hyuuga

Clan Description

The proud Hyuuga clan is one of the founding noble families of Konoha, and are currently the strongest clan in the village. The clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha. They are the inheritors of the powerful Byakugan, and are very strict about keeping its secrets. Their clan was infamously divided into Souke and Bunke houses.

Hierarchy

The current leader is Hyuuga Hiashi. Hiashi seems to have realized that the family bond that should be keeping the clan together had been falling apart. He apparently set his sights on mending it, which would require him to break the divide of the Souke/Bunke houses. The Souke had few members but are the rulers of the clan. The leader and the heir are born here. The Bunke are the subservient members.

Distinguishing Mark -

White Eyes

A distinctive physical characteristic of the Hyuuga are their pale eyes, which lack pupils. Most of the members, especially of the chuunin and jounin rank, wear white long-sleeved robes or purple garments (which is a very royal color).

Distinguishing Clan Abilities -

Byakugan and Jyuuken

The Byakugan is an advanced bloodline limit in the eyes. When it's active, a clan member can visualize the internal chakra pathways, or tenketsu, of their opponent. It can spot anything from a long distance as well. See more info about it below.

Also, the Hyuuga has a signature taijutsu style called Jyuuken or "Gentle Fist". They utilize it to attack the opponent's tenketsu, which consist of 361 pressure points. Using their eyes in conjunction with jyuuken techniques, they can forceably close their opponents chakra points so the victim can no longer use their chakra.

Clan Specific Strengths & Weaknesses

Because of their Byakugan and jyuuken style, the Hyuuga are undoubtely the strongest clan in Konoha. Melee and close-range is a Hyuuga's greatest strength, and signature fighting style. A Hyuuga will rarely train in other techniques, especially in early life.

The Byakugan contains a couple of flaws. Although it has a near 360 degree (half dome) vision, it has a blind spot somewhere in the back. Also, a Hyuuga cannot perceive what's beneath them.

Bloodline Limit - Byakugan

Byakugan
("White Eyes") This jutsu is activated in the eyes, much like the Sharingan. Sharingan actually developed from Byakugan. This jutsu allows the user's vision to become virtually 360 degrees. The user is able to see fully around them, and all their surroundings. Byakugan also has the ability to see objects, and view the inner coil system of a person's body, and in advanced cases, the Chakra Holes ("Tenketsu"). Using this, the user can attack the inner organs of a person, and do high amounts of damage.

Hyuuga Style Taijutsu - Jyuuken
("Gentle Fist") A special Taijutsu style passed down through the clan itself. The Taijutsu style damage to the body by allowing chakra, flowing through the users palm, to directly damage the opponents Inner Coils System. This Taijutsu directly destroys the opponents inner organs, and the softest blows can take out the largest person - and deal high amounts of damage.

Hakke Rokujuu Yonshou
("Sixty-four Point Hands") Taijutsu Technique. Using a highly advanced form of Byakugan, the user is able to see the Chakra Holes on a person's body, and using the Hyuga Taijutsu Style - closes the Chakra Holes with quick blows, stopping the flow of Chakra through one's body.

Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou
("One Hundred Twenty Eight Point Hands") Taijutsu technique. Using a highly advanced form of Byakugan, the user is able to see the Chakra Holes on a person's body, and using the Hyuga Taijutsu Style - closes the Chakra Holes with quick blows, stopping the flow of Chakra through one's body and causing an extreme amount of pain that may result in unconsciousness.

Hakke Shou Kaiten
("Heavenly Spin") Another of the 'perfect defense' jutsu types. At the exact moment a blow is landed on the body, large amounts of Chakra are expelled from the Chakra Holes around the body. With that force, his body spins like a top. The combined efforts of the Chakra and the spin, first deflect the attack - then throw the opponent backwards.

Inuzuka

Clan Description:

This clan affiliated to Konoha Village is known for their fervent ties to the canine species. Like a hierarchy pack of canines, the members of this clan enjoy each other’s company cohesively and are obsessive over social activities, especially sparring (and teasing?). Many members have a canine familiar who acts as a partner to the clan member. They can use jutsus to take on canine-like abilities.

Hierarchy

Unification is the strength of the Inuzuka. Its members are like a combined pack. The person who holds the title of leader is a symbol of disciplined personality, wisdom and resolute authority. In most cases the title is passed down to the Chief's children.

The genin is subservient members of the clan. Higher ranking clan members (chuunin and jounin) can request genin to do simple tasks for them. The chuunin and jounin are the most important personnel to the clan. Some are bodyguards or advisors to the leader.

Distinguishing Mark - Cheek Fangs

Members of the Inuzuka clan are distinguished by the two red tattoos on thier cheeks, which resemble fangs.

Distinguishing Clan Ability - Beast Men

This clan from Konoha Village is known for its ties to the canine species. Many members have a canine familiar ("ninken" or "ninja dog") who acts as a partner to the clan member. Also clan members can use jutsus to take on canine-like abilities.

Clan-specific Strengths & Weaknesses

Most techniques modifies the speed, strength and alertness of an Inuzuka. The clan member becomes an animal-like warrior, above any human; plus, the canine familiars fight perfectly in sync with their owners.

Shrewd senses such as hearing and smell, however, are prone to damage. For example if a clan member were to come across very loud noises or deadly chemicals. Plus, it is a clan member's high responsibility to take care of their canine partners. They are not just tools, but friends.

Shikyaku no Jutsu
("Four Legs") Shikyaku no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka clan. After forming the needed hand seals, chakra begins to emit from the body of the clan member and they take on a more canine-like appearance. These body changes give them increased speed and agility. (Note: D-rank. Basic Inuzuka technique, required)

Tsuuga
("Piercing fang") A Taijutsu technique where only one clan member spins violently at their opponent scratching and clawing at them. Unlike the Gatsuuga (Double Piercing Fang), this technique is done by the ninja alone, without the aid of their dog, or perhaps vice versa (Note: D-rank)

Gatsuuga
("Double Piercing Fang") A powerful taijutsu attack where the user spins towards the opponent with amazing speed, in an attempt to cut and scratch them with claws, fangs, etc. Is performed by the ninja and animal at the same time. (Note: D-rank. Needs Tsuuga + Juujin Bunshin)

Juujin Bunshin
(Beast Human Clone) The canine familiar will transform itself into a copy of the clan member. While in this form they can accomplish many of the same techniques as the original. (Note: D-rank)

Bakuretsu Koinu
("Exploding Puppy") Bakuretsu Koinu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka familiars. Resembling himself, the canine replacement is actually a booby trap. Once an enemy is lured in thinking the dog is injured, the replacement will explode and launch a hail of kunai in every direction. (Note: No rank. Canine only. Should learn Juujin Bunshin and Douteki Saitentei first)

Douteki Saitentei (AKA: Dainamikku Maakingu)
("Dynamic Marking") A Ninjutsu technique that may only be effective to the Inuzuka Clan. The ninja's dog will spin through the air, urinating on various targets, which the ninja and their dog can then track by scent with their superior olfactory senses. (Note: No rank. Canine only. Should learn Juujin Bunshin first)

Soutourou
(“Double Headed Wolf”) Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge: Soutou Rou is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka Clan. This unique "Konbi Henge" is used by the clan member and their familiar, transforming them into a large mystical double headed-wolf with sticky saliva. In this form the clan members can utilize the Garouga taijutsu technique. (Note: B-rank)

Garouga
("Dual Wolf Fang") Garouga is one of the ultimate Taijutsu techniques of the Inuzuka Clan. The technique is a super-spin and it uses up a massive amount of chakra, rendering the ninja and his dog almost helpless should the technique fail. Unfortunately they spin so fast they are unable to keep track of their vision. So they must entirely rely on their nose and a urine marking. If Garouga connects, the opponent is ripped into pieces. Also even if they do not connect directly, the surrounding shockwaves of the Garouga will slice into the enemy. (Note: B-rank; "Dynamic Air Marking" and Soutorou reccommended)

Nara

Clan Description:

The Nara clan are known for their ability to control their shadows. The members are peaceful, and they have a traditional hobby in tending deer. The Nara clan's background is a mystery; also, they own secret labs where they conduct various kinds of research and experimenting.

Hierarchy

The one called "Nara-sama" is somone who's reckoned to have the best intellect, even if its potentially. The title of clan head is usually passed down hereditarily, but there can be exceptions, like if the leader had a specific candidate. The leader will have an advisory council as well, consisting of handpicked chuunin and jounin.

Distinguishing Mark - Purple Hazard Sign?

The mark is the circle with the slash going across the middle.

Distinguishing Clan Ability

The members of this clan are known for their ability to control their own shadows. Utilizing this ability, a clan member can attach their shadow to another, bind them in place, and then take control of the victim's movements. A Nara's shadow can even be manipulated into deadly attacks.

Clan-specific Strengths & Weaknesses

When training to use their amazing shadow techniques, a Nara might not be efficient in other areas of fighting arts (taijutsu for example). They are not trained to be fantastic fighters, but mostly as strategists or pioneers in scientific research. Some are even apart of ANBU's work of specialized intelligence gathering. The Nara may be sagely and genius, but some of them are lazy in their prime. A Nara's shadow has its range limits too, and using jutsu such as kagemane can leave them open to other attacks.

Clan-exclusive Techniques

Kagemane no Jutsu
("Shadow Imitation") AKA Kage Shibari no Jutsu. Kage Mane no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. It's original purpose was as a skill to help delay any pursuers. After forming the needed hand seals, the clan member is able to manipulate their shadow along any surface. By using other nearby shadows they can further extend the reach of their shadow, however they are limited to the surface area of the original cast shadow. Once the clan member’s shadow reaches the target’s shadow, it will attach itself. While attached the target will be frozen, only able to replicate in mirror form the actions of the clan member. If the clan member is low on chakra, the Kage Mane will falter and the shadow will return to its normal form. (Note: Rank D. Required Nara technique)

Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu
("Shadow Neck Bind") Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. After first binding the target with the Kagemane no Jutsu technique, the clan member uses their shadow to form a hand to creep up their opponent's body, and to their neck to bind it. A stronger opponent can oppress the hand however. (Note: Rank C. Requires Kagemane no Jutsu)

Kagenui no Jutsu
("Shadow Stiching") Ninpou: Kage Nui is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. To perform the technique Shikamaru will first form the needed handseal to extend his shadow. Shikamaru will then change the handseal to cause the shadow to emerge from the ground in tendrils. The tendrils can extend and whip about and are strong enough to pierce nearby targets. (Note: Requires Kagemane no Jutsu and Kage Kubi Shibari.)

Kage Asshô no Jutsu
(Shadow Domination Palm Teachnique) Attack jutsu; a clan member must use kagemane to normally catch the enemy. A light bomb is thrown into the air and detonated, causing the shadow to widen into a gigantic hand. Then the clan member clutches his/her fist, causing the shadow to clutch and crush the helpless victim's entire body. (Note: B-rank. Requires all the other techniques. Need to be jounin.)

Uchiha

Clan Description:

The Uchiha was one of the founding members of Konoha and was one of the strongest as well. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan. Just like the Hyuuga, they possess a powerful eye skill called the Sharingan. They have a tie for fire jutsu as well. For an Uchiha to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Style) jutsu.

The Uchiha had a high influence on Konoha. Their ancestors were also the founders of the village's Military Police Corps. Unfortunately, the clan was massacred by one of their own. The only survivors, apparently, are Uchiha Sasuke and Uchiha Itachi.

Distinguishing Mark - Red and white fan

Drawn from the meaning of the term "Uchiwa" in Japanese, the Uchiha has adopted a red/white fan as their clan symbol. It is a symbol of very high pride; it can be seen trimmed across the old Uchiha buildings and on the clothes of clan members.

Distinguishing Clan Ability - Sharingan

Only a few members can possess the "Sharingan" advanced bloodline. The Sharingan is an eye jutsu like the Jyuuga's Byakugan. It is able to read ninjutsu, taijutsu/physical movements and genjutsu, and can either copy it or assist the clan member in defending against it. There are a few stages to the Sharingan, and a secret one not known by many...

The doujutsu's powers still has its latencies.

Clan Specific Strengths & Weaknesses

The Uchiha was a powerful clan. The Sharingan contains many abilities, from hypnosis to copying. No wonder it's rare and coveted. To point out fighting style weaknesses is still a bit difficult, especially when it comes to sharingan users.

The Sharingan is very chakra-draining for one thing. Also, the early developments of the Sharingan does have it flaws. Only the third Sharingan level is able to read all basic jutsu and movements, and utilize doujutsu (ie: Hypnosis).

Bloodline Limit - Sharingan

Sharingan ("Copy Wheel Eye")
A doujutsu. Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline. The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma/swirls). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form

Kazaguruma no Sharingan: Sanjuuken
("Sharingan Windmill: Triple Blade") A Taijutsu technique utilizing the Sharingan’s ability to see through the opponent’s jutsu. This attack requires three blades, at least, to be thrown at the opponent from both of the ninja’s hands, and the ninja’s mouth. Strings attached to the blades allow for them to be further manipulated after the initial attack.

Sharingan (Copy)
("Copy Wheel Eye - Copy") Available only to those who possess the Sharingan and its most famous ability, the user's natural "watch and learn" ability is boosted to inhumane accuracy, enabling them to see, imitate, register and memorise any movement almost perfectly. This enables Sharingan users to use any technique they have watched with the Sharingan later, given that they have all the required parameters to perform the jutsu (such as chakra control, physical fitness or an advanced bloodline); the sharingan isn't a magic shortcut around anything but the process of learning.

Sharingan (Hypnosis)
("Copy Wheel Eye - Hypnosis") Available only to those who possess the Sharingan, it hypnotizes the opponent and lets the user suggest thoughts and actions to them. The user often follows a successful hypnosis with constant mimicry of the opponent's movements and speaking out their thoughts in perfect synch, which they are able to do since they are the ones suggesting those movements and thoughts in the first place; this greatly bewilders the opponent and makes it appear as if the user can see the future.

Magen • Kyouten Chiten
(Demonic Illusion • Mirror Heaven and Earth Change)
Magen • Kyouten Chiten is a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha clan member can reverse the sensory spell cast on their body and reverse it back on their opponent. (Note: Sharingan users only; preferably high chuunin level)

Tsukuyomi
(God of the Moon Technique) The Tsukuyomi or God of the Moon technique, is a Doujutsu illusion techinque which uses the Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope) ability of the Sharingan eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The spell takes place in the mind of the one affected, while the jutsu is cast the one it was cast upon is at the total mercy of the clan member. The clan member has full control over space in time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of pain. It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can defeat it. (Note: Must have the Magekyou)

Amaterasu
(Goddess of the Sun technique) The Amaterasu or Goddess of the Sun technique, is a Ninjutsu techinque which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a mysterious black fire. This powerful fire can then be used to cut through a strong barrier and is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. (Note: Must have the Magenkyou)

Yamanaka

Clan Description:

The Yamanaka clan runs a flower shop and specializes in manipulating the minds of their opponents. The Yamanaka members are the Ino in the "Ino-Shika-Cho" trio. The name "Yamanaka" means "in the middle of the mountain"

Distinguishing Clan Ability

The members of this clan are known for their ability to control their opponents mind. Utilizing this ability, a clan member can transfer their mind to another body, and then take control of the victim's movements. A Yamanaka can even manipulated an opponents mind without the transfering of their own mind to the others body.

Clan-specific Strengths & Weaknesses

The Yamanaka clan is known for their knowledge of flowers. They run a shop within the leaf village. Their ability is great for gathering information. They can transfer their mind into another and walk around in their body, but they can only go a certain distance from their own body and their jutsu can sometimes be low in accuracy.

Clan-exclusive Techniques

Shintenshin no Jutsu
("Ninja Art: Mind Transfer Jutsu") This jutsu allows the user to send their mind into a target's body (even an animal's), supplanting the target's mind with their own. Though normally used as a spying jutsu, it can also be used in battle with several major drawbacks. First, the user's spirit travels slowly, making it easy to dodge. If the user misses their target, they are left helpless until their spirit returns to their body, which takes several minutes. Second, even if the technique does work, the user's ability to stay in an enemy's body is determined by how fatigued they are. The user can be forced out if facing a strong enough will are too tired, or if the target is in incredible pain. Finally, any damage the user suffers while possessing another is transferred to their original body. Therefore, if the target dies, so does the user. (Note: C Rank. Required Yamanaka technique)

Shinranshin no Jutsu
("Mind Destruction Jutsu") This jutsu is a variation on the Shintenshin no Jutsu. Instead of transferring the user's consciousness, this jutsu sends a spirit of confusion into a target, causing them to attack their allies. Although the target is aware of what they are doing, they are unable to stop themselves. For this particular jutsu, the user is able to stay in their own body, unlike its predecessor; however, the user must maintain the hand seal used to activate it. (Note: B Rank. Requirements: Chunnin level or higher)
