It's not really a matter of opinion because it's a well known fact that ITG is harder than DDR.

It is indeed harder, with the mines and hitting steps with your hands.

and a majority of the songs being longer than ddr. I played DDR yesterday for the first time in a long time and I was blown away by how easy it was compared to ITG.

honestly, the songs rated 10 on ITG are mostly easier then the 10 ft on DDR. however, there are stepcharts of 10ft that surpass the level of 10, even 11. there are alot of 10 and even a few 11 rated songs of ITG, that are easier to do then PSMO as example.

FELM Oni could pass as an easy 12 on the ITG scale imo. That's what pisses me off about the retarded part of the ITG fanbase. They say "hurr we has moar 10s and 11s than didder and it EVEN GOEZ TO 13 OMFG, tahts why it's harder n betar". Too bad the difficulty scales between the two games aren't completely the same, and a lot of the 10s and a couple 11s would be hard 9's and 10's if they were in DDR. ITG's still obviously the harder game, it just pisses me off how people seem to base their judgment solely on the difficulty scales. :/

ok
itg dedicabs are easier to use, not just for pads, but because the bars are superior as well
so i find it easier to score well on ddr songs on an itg cab, for example
itg does have many charts, however, which are harder than any ddr has to offer
as far as grading goes, it's apples and oranges (SDG = **? doesn't really add up), but itg is favored by many competetive players for its fantastic window

Hmm well I play doubles only and well it would seem that itg is more difficult though ddr step charts for light and standard are alot more planned out cause well it just seems like the easier charts weren't as well thought out as the more difficult ones but that's just me. I guess if you're looking for a stamina challenge then itg is where it's at.

well honestly i dont think it is harder per-say although one of the biggest differences from DDR is the fact that you have to use your hands on a couple songs. and i really do mean you have no choice. this is the scenario its a jump with a left and right arrow involving a down arrow as well. so you jump and lean back to hit the arrows. and there is a mode on that game that allows you to do that in every song. i think its totally awsome.

Yes, itg is harder than ddr. It was a really nice change of pace when I played. I'd sure would like to play on a dedicab though.

I think the DDR pad makes it harder than ITG. I notice myself missing the pad quite a bit on DRR, but it's no problem on ITG. I doubt someone could do a handplant on a DDR pad due to it's size.
