To me, this is very limited
lets divide it in sections
Best FPS: Doom, or N64 Perfect Dark
Best RPG: D&D, the entire Elder Scrolls series, and the original FF plus Diablo, unholy awesome
Best MMO: WoW, then City of Heroes
Best RTS: Warcraft series
Best Simgame: Sims
Best TBS: Civilization series
Lets review your choices:
Kingdom Hearts Series: New, great, appeals to young adn teens, kinda easy is you are a RPG pro
Halo series: #1 was awesome, #2's Storyline was weak, and multiplayer was not as great as it should have been
Final Fantasy: To me it is the Japanese version of D&D, but it wasn't the first japanese RPG, DQ was, same rule applies about the D&D thing, spwaned too many Japanese RPG style games, most of the FF series is over rated. FF1, FF7 and FF12 are the best of the series though

honestly, i havent played any of the FF series... hee hee... so i cant say yea or nay personally. but KH 2 was lots of fun. im real good at dying in the halo games.... sweatdrop personally, i like xbox games better, partly cuz ive had an xbox for the past 2 years only recently traded it in for a PS2. my favorite game of all time is Knights of the Old Repiblic 2.

Well, I'm a big fan of both the Kingdom Hearts Series and FF Games, but I think my favorite was FF7. It was really fun to play, and a little bit of a challenge for me. So I liked it all the way around.

I like Kh 2 because it feeds my childhood love for disney, yet also satisfies my need for a good RPG.
I also play Fable, Diablo, Starcraft, Dragonquest VIII, The Sims, American Mgee's Alice, and Shadow Hearts.
I think that combining the best loved film company of all time, and the company that created the greatest RPG is an unbeatable combination. It is bound to be a phenomenon.

Greatest RPG is relative Alot of people know of FF because it is so highly advertised And the fact the basic rpg system strcture is over used In fact most RPG's are in the FF format.
