Hey!
Just thought it would be interesting to find out everyones favourite genres of music!! Its such an interesting topic to be honest as there are so many new ones, some even make me laugh!
My favourite is Progressive metal or rock! For example bands like Dream Theatre! It is just so interesting, I can't think of anything better than a 25 min song where hardly anything is repeated! You could listen to the song over and over without getting bored as you hear different things every time you listen to it!! I also like kinda Jazz/funk music! Real Big Fish are my example for this, although they also have influences of Ska in their music as well! My reason for this kinda music is, it just cheers me up when i hear it!! Pretty simple really! lol

i like alot of death metal and black metal but i have a soft spot for hardcore bands and i occansinaonaly like an emo ir metal core band

Death cab is my favorite! heart
Blink 182, Taking Back Sunday, Chiodos, Imogen Heap, The Academy Is, Chasing Victory, Feist, Family Force 5, and more bands that I'm too lazy to think of at the moment are great, too.
I'm not a huge Screamo fan, or a big Country or Rap fan either.

My favorite genres are Metalcore and Post-Hardcore.
The majority of the bands I listen too are either one of those two types of music.

i like at least one thing from most genres, i think.
but my favorite genres would have to be ska-core, punk, and ska. :3
