So, we're here to discuss our food addiction. Personally, I'm addicted to junk food. I love it, it's good, but the fact is, it's not good FOR me. So I'm going to say, I'm going to fight against it. :]

I love food and I love to cook @ first i started to gain weight and was not to worryed but then i saw a picture and really saw how big i got...I tryed working out more and trying to eat better things but it really didn't work. Then @ the start of June me and a friend from work both said we need to stop eating to much so we are now beting who can lose the most in a month and these really seemed to help me i lost 6lbs in the first week and right now i have lost 12lbs. Plus i'm starting to feel better...I still have about 50 more to go till i'm happy but it is nice to fit in to things i used to fit in. I don't know if this may help you find a way to over come food...it's really hard the first week because you still have alot of food cravings and your body is used to giveing into them but after that your body get's more used to not eating as much. It's still hard and i don't take every thing out of my life i love but i count the cal. in take and stay between 1100-1300 cal.'s some times less if i can. Good Luck!

im addiced to green tea and sunflower seeds
its actually quite sad...i have no money cause im always buying case after case of Arizona Green Tea and those big 5gal. Buckets of sunflowerseeds at Costco/Sams Club and then eating them all within 4 days
and i like eating green chili raw imma spanish kid, what can i say haha

I'm addicted to coffee. It's my downfall. If I had the money, I'd be drinking starbucks morning, evening and night. Other than that, I'm not addicted to food--I'm unbelievably picky, so more often than not, I end up eating unhealthy simply because it's the only thing available that I like.
Admittedly I need to lose weight. And get healthy. I'm supposed to do that over the summer--and keep myself accountable with my blog, but that failed because no one really reads it XD. Maybe I'll use this guild to my advantage...

It shouldn't be difficult.

I'm addicted to *food*. All kinds, lolz. Which is bad, because I've put on weight(not massive amounts, just enough to make me unhappy)...it sucks, but meh. I'd like to lose weight before I go on vacation in August, but half the time I don't feel like putting in the effort mad
