So...I guess this is Pirelli/Danny/Doctor's thread. He/She really deserves some discussion, because without good acting and directing he/she's really just a plot device, and I don't find that fair.
Rules:
Don't break the TOS.
Don't break the guild rules.
No bashing. (No matter how much you may hate him/her. Himmer? Hirm? Ze? It?)

So...on the lj community, there are people who prefer FatAndFitsTheLyrics!Pirelli, and people who prefer PetiteAndDoesn'tFitTheLyricsButIsAwesomeAnyway!Pirelli. Personally, I prefer the latter, because while he doesn't have such a nice plump frame, it looks like Sweeney could pick him up if he wanted to. xd

Something tells me Mrs. Lovett is using the word "plump" there to emphasize her idea's good points and not really because it accurately describes Pirelli. So I like skinny Pirelli.

Also, having him be thin, possibly with sort of patchy clothing, tips you off right away that he isn't as illustrious as he claims to be. As if you needed to be tipped off.

I love how revival!Pirelli/Doctor says very little, but expresses so much. When you think about it, she doesn't have that big of a role from a lines/action standpoint, but her role really is huge when you consider how much she gets across.

Everyone I've heard/seen as Pirelli sounds like a pirate when he 'transforms' back into Danny. I LOL.

I really like Pirelli. I did see the revival, but I don't remember how good the Pirelli was(shame on me[but it was like 4 years ago!]). I thought Sacha Baron Cohen did a really nice job, though. I was surprised at how he actually had a really nice voice. I just love how ridiculous and fatastic Pirelli comes off as, then how you learn how he's actually kind of petty, with the whole blackmail thing. And really, how can you not love a fake Eyetalian abusive barber. Seriously. whee

(To everyone else, we actually are twins, so you're not all confused..) I love Pirelli...I shouldn't, but I do. Sasha Baron Cohen is seriously amazing. I can't remeber the revival Pirelli either(I am made of epic fail), so I can't compare. To me, Pirelli is a really complex character, with many sides and ways to look at him.
