This place is basically a journal subforum, please keep all journal entries in the first post only and comments and questions as a regular post. Hopefully by using this subforum you can all find the missing link to what you are practicing. That is all. Enjoy!

as in, when you want to updat just edit your first post and add it there instead of posting your progress throughout the topic. its organized better that way.

yeah, but it also helps to seperate what you are entering and where other people are commenting. That's why I said that.

day- blahi add that so that even if is long, you can find certain dates? and so on.

day- blahi add that so that even if is long, you can find certain dates? and so on. yeah, exactly, or if it's something longer than that and you want to keep it simple, make a topic with a link to your gaia journal telling what days to read.
