Hiya, and welcome to the everlasting party! We have a few rules, so please read them, they aren't bad.
1. This may be a fire room, but no flaming... unless I host a flaming contest.
2. No spam in non-designated areas. You can create spam threads if you want, but not like 'dfdsiklghf'.
3. Be nice, respect your guild mates and staff. It's not much to ask.
4. No page stretching.
5. No cybering, duh.
6. Don't beg. You can ask, politely for some help with a quest, but don't go- gimme goldz plz.
7. I'm a bit lax on advertising, but don't just come here to advertise, that's annoying and your thread will be deleted. Also don't advertise in existing posts... it gets in the way of things. If you stick around a lot, and thought people might be interested in something, then feel free to post a thread.

I agree, are there any rules on advertising? I noticed a post with someone who just came to advertise their own thread. Should this be allowed?
