Before you engage in any workout though, it's best to consult your physician about your workout plans. That said, a few of the exercises you could be doing with what you've got are dumbbell chest presses, shoulder presses, arm, and wrist curls. As for the abs, you first need to develop them with sit ups, crunches, and their many variations before you'll have any to be proud of. I'd definitely suggest that you use youtube's wide selection of online videos to get some visual references. Other then that, I hope this has helped you to find some direction in mind for yourself.

I have to say that he said it best
but honestly, in a way I'm kind of shocked, because, even though I'm a guy too, I am extremely jealous of your wrists, and I have always prefered thinness to buffness, but I can understand where you're coming from, so just follow Gold's advice, and keep a positive outlook ^.^

You sound just like how I was - same height/weight, on weight gainer (maybe even the same one), etc. I buffed my chest up, but still have skinny forearms. Use your weights to do a lot of chest exercises and also eat foods with lots of protein, if possible. I can easily flex my chest now. biggrin

also, it should be said buffing up your forearms will only make your wrists look smaller. the main ammount of muscle in your forearms is in the upper part, and since your wrist is formed from bone and thus not able to shrink or grow from it's size, it'd be best to not try to make your forearms too buff.
also, i know you don't want to hear this, but considering what you've said about yourself, I think that you should wait until you're fully developed to worry about things like this. Right now, considering your wrists and natural build, it'd be much more aesthetic to just stay they way you are now, because honestly I am completely jealous of you, from how you described yourself. Give your body time to mature naturally, before you hit the weights.

Hmm...you bring up a good point. *strokes beard* I do remember when I was going to the gym that I would eventually have to adjust my watch because it wasn't fiting anymore. It was only temporary, but maybe it was an increase in blood in the veins or something that was making it puff out a bit. I'm still hopeful to get bigger wrists (along with forearms). I just don't know if it's possible now because of what you said about the bone and no muscle. emo

But I should just say unless you want to look like Popeye, you should hold Aesthetics above Muscle. it's like a guy who's hipbones are naturally 26" trying to get huge pecs and muscular legs and arms. It would only make him look thinner in the waist, and disproportionate. As long as you're healthy, preferring Aesthetic attractiveness to "masculine" attractiveness is perfectly acceptable.

If you want a wider chest, make sure to work your back, too. If your back is wider, your chest has more room to expand.
So, when you do push-ups to work your chest one day, do pull-ups the next day to work your back.

Lie on your back, and do endless flies with those dumbbells. Your problem is that for progressive gains, you need progressive increases of resistance, which you don't have.
Why do you need them so bad exactly? How will this increase your fitness and health?

I was down to 114 lbs! just a warning to you... think diet BEFORE exercise, because if you don't eat enough to replace the fat your body is turning into muscle then your body will eat your muscle!!! what I've been doing is doubling my portions each meal...and not exercising too much!
