i'm skinny 120 pound, 5' 6 dude.
Here are my tools: 2 20lbs dumbells, flat band (like a giant rubber band), GNC weight gainer 1850, and a pair of handgrips.
I want a buff chest, maybe some abs, and buff up my forearms (i have really thin wrists....they're like the size of my own thumbs ).
HElp?!?!??!?
a workout plan would be nice too.....help???
crying crying Reads like you've got some decent resources in those 20lbs dumbbells alone. Before you engage in any workout though, it's best to consult your physician about your workout plans. That said, a few of the exercises you could be doing with what you've got are dumbbell chest presses, shoulder presses, arm, and wrist curls. As for the abs, you first need to develop them with sit ups, crunches, and their many variations before you'll have any to be proud of. I'd definitely suggest that you use youtube's wide selection of online videos to get some visual references. Other then that, I hope this has helped you to find some direction in mind for yourself.
