Just wondering if anyone else has seen (or read the translations for) the Online Events that were removed from Dirge Of Cerberus when it came to America.
I happened to stumble upon the translations recently, and quite by accident, and I find myself incredibly frustrated that these multiplayer events were taken out of the game. Granted, I wouldn't have been able to play through them anyway because my PS2 is older than the dinosaurs and therefore I can't go online with it, but STILL.
I can put up some links to both the translations and to a few of the actual AMVs of them that are on YouTube, if anyone is interested. Basically, most of the events center on DeepGround and how Weiss and the Tsviets came into power. It's actually really interesting if you're a fangirl for the Tsviets, like I am (okay, well...I'm a fangirl for Weiss, Nero, and Rosso anyway...). It also helps to fill in a few missing holes in the actual game, at least as far as DeepGround is concerned.
So, yes...if anyone else has seen these or read the translations, I would love to start a discussion about the origins and history of DeepGround here.
Okay, so it isn't EXACTLY Vincent-related, but it's from his game, so it counts, right? mrgreen

So they bothered to go that in depth and then never realaesed it? If they had explained the deepgrounds, then maybe at least one element that contributed to the games suckage would have been eliminated. It was like, well, we need a sequel, so... let's thrown in a bunch of secert SOILDER badasses!
I'd be intrested in reading them if you would post the links. mrgreen
And I share your pain about the PS2 thing. Mine is old too. So old that it is only working now because of a piece of electrical tape. Every time I go to the Golden Saucer in FFVII, it freezes. Makes it hard as hell to get my golden chocobo that way.

Thanks for bringing this up. I was always interested in how the Tsviets were, and I wanna know more about their past! Sorry to say... I think a few of them would be interesting to hear. We already know about Vincent, Shelke, and a whole bunch of the FF7 crew... and I'm sorta tired of it. Thanks for posting the link also. I've only seen a select few of the online stuff. I also found it sad there was no reference of the other Tsviets... that never made it. xD

From looking at the poll, looks like Rosso and Nero are in the lead. Oh! They were so loveable... Though I'd personally not wanna get up close to them. xD
