Hey Guys!
Well I am a new player to Toa I bougth it like 3-4 days ago and I recently got told that I had to go to the Meggiora Highlands Ring place.
My problem is I cant find it o.0
I have keept walking in The Map soo many times >_
Hope I can Get some help ^^
BTW I'm Level 45 Is that a average level or Low for that Time of the Game?

I'm assuming that this is the second time that you would have to go to the Meggiora Highlands since you mentioned (passage) rings. So if that's the case then before the party left Belkend, the researcher from Yulia City had told the group that the passage ring would only be accessible if they had a ship of sort since it's by the Nirni River or something like that. If I'm pretty much on the right track then continue to read on. If not, then simply ignore the following wall of text and simply shift your attention to the last paragraph.
The following texts enclosed in quotations were taken from Gray Fox's guide in gamefaqs.
"Open your map and zoom in on the Meggiora Highlands and/or the
Ortion Cavern. See the river in the middle of them? Head there and go all the
way to the end to enter the Highlands."
In other words, if you zoom in on the continent where Sheridan is, you would see a sort of crack by the eastern side. That's Nirni River. Just maneuver the Albiore II there and allow it to hover on the water before entering the Nirni River. Just follow the winding path and sooner or later you'll be prompted to press a button in order to enter the Meggiora Highlands.
And there we go.
But if what you're looking for is directions towards the entrance to the Meggiora Passage Rings, then that would be a different story. Since once the group enters the Meggiora Highlands, there are five possible entrances, one of them leading to the passage ring itself. If that is what you needed then please say so and we'll try to be as helpful as we could.

Happy gaming. Thanks , I know how to reach the Highlands ^^ I just need to get to the Passege Ring, I keep encoutering these little caves with Puzzels and such Are those the ones? If it helps any , I have done about 3 of them. Sorry for the Trouble xp

Haha! I see, I see. Well, you're in the right track. Those other entrances with the puzzles are actually optional. Assuming that you have solved the puzzles, well, it would affect the abilities (and therefore the difficulty) of the next boss you would encounter. And I'll just leave it at that.
As for the directions of the actual Meggiora Highlands Passage Ring Entrance...
It would help if you would begin back where you entered the Meggiora Highlands. Once there, set the... compass... so that it would point to north. That would make trekking through the highlands a lot easier. You're looking for the one marked as Entrance 1. In order to get there, simply head north. You'll see the passage ring by the overlooking ledge. The mentioned ledge is characteristically winding. Just follow the winding path down towards the entrance with the colorful daathic seal and you're good. If you've arrived at the correct entrance, the game would make it known to the player via automatically triggering a scene. If you have viewed a scene relevant to the story event, then chances are you've already found the entrance.

If you want, I can scan the map in my guide book and 'draw' the fastest route to get there ^^ But... That will have to wait til tomorrow. It's too late now ^^;;;

Ugh, I remember those caves. A few days ago, when I was playing it, I was looking for the passage ring myself. And I came across a different cave. I got the puzzles...unlocked buuut~ the second one I gave up on it. xD

Alright! Here it is and yes, I know it's blurry ^^; If you need it to be clearer, just let me know via PM.  And if any one needs a map or something, let me know and I'll put it up, ok? ^^ [EDIT] And you're level is just fine at this time in the game ^^ The boss is level 40 so ya ^^

The map was really useful , Thanks for the effort.
Well Thanks to all of you guys I passed the Highlands ring >_<
I got real fired up and keep playing a lot after that xD
Cant Belive Largo, Arrieta, Legretta and Van Lived o.0
So not sexy talk2hand
Oh and the Spa Scene was funny o.0

Does anyone know what the 2nd entrance is for? I mean the one with the busted mechanism? I've been trying to figure out what's wrong with it (except that it's busted, thnx for the info Guy, we know that all too well...) but I gave up & go on with my mission...
