I only got that once, on my first nostril piercing. It was on the inside. Totally gross, I know.

can't say ive ever had that problem, but ive never had a facial piercing other than ears

I never had that though it has swelled up to look like a grape's under my lip.

If it's on your nose then it's a keliod(sp?). Those are the worst!
