OOC: Well, I guess we should start, and people can join in when they want to. Let's begin, shall we?
IC:
Winry sighed. This was going to be the longest train ride she had ever taken. Especially since Ed and Al were in the train car with her.
She looked out the window. A bright sun greeted her with happiness as the green fields sped by her. A few houses darted here and there, but otherwise, there was nothing buy green land for miles.
Looking next to her, Ed sat quietly, his brow furrowed in thought. Ever since he had departed from his home, she had seen him use this expression more and more. And she knew from experience that it wasn't ver good to disturb him when he was like this.
Peering across from her, Al sat in his metal suit of armor. She had no idea what he was feeling, since...his emotions weren't played out on his face too well anymore.
She sighed again, propping her elbow on the window sill and sticking her chin in her cupped hand. I wish SOMEONE would talk to break this awful silence, she thought.

Al watched as the train passed the green feilds next to the group. The suit of armor looked over at his childhood friend with what would have been a smile, but he couldn't smile in this body he was stuck in. "Are you alright Winry?" he asked his friend. "It looks like something is bothering you."
Maes Hughes sat at his desk looking at a picture of his wife. How he loved her so. The man smiled as he turned to the papers sitting on his desk. It was another paper that needed to be sorted and put into the files. He looked at the phone sitting next to him and picked it up, quickly dialing Roy's number.

The phone rang, Roy looked up from his work. He reached out withed his gloved hand to pick up the reciever to answer it. "Lt. colonel Mustang speaking." he greeted.

Roy's right eye twiched slightly for a second. "Well..." he tapped his index finger (the one on his free hand) on the desk. "I'm fine and things have been rather quiet over here." he said as though he sounded dissapointed. "I don't like it..." Roy paused. "The quiet I mean, there's ussally something very bad that fallows."
