(Just so you know, this is Shenji. I got my username stuck, then decided i might as well look like lee too...)
We have received a treaty from the Mizukage, offering the allegiance of the Village Hidden In The Mist. As many of you know, the hidden mist village is'nt usualy the type interested in friendships or allies. We suspect that this treaty is either a fake, or the Mizukage is trying to deceive our clan. Our mission is to travel to the village hidden in the mist and investigate this. If all is as expected, and the Mizukage is plotting against us, we must negotiate against such actions. This is considered an A-rank mission. once we have a proper team assembled, we will begin.

Rai walks to the edge of town where the kage had told him to show up at, Rai being the leader of the interrogation and torture squad did mean that he did have to work every now and again and this happened to be one of thoes times. The only thing is that Rai enjoys his work so that does not mean that he considers this type of thing as a job as much as a hobby. Rai gets to the area and sits in a branch of a big tree. (the same tree that rob Manndar and him had sat under long ago for another mission.) Rai pulls out a book and starts to read the book.

Shenji Sees Rai sit in the tree. "I wonder if it would be a good idea to bring him on ths mission. It would be troublesome to have him undermining me when I am supposed to be leading the team." He thought breifly. "Well, I'm not sure if many other jounin will agree to this mission, so he may be my best bet for now."
Shenji walked over to the tree and looks up at Rai. "Excuse me Rai, but I require a team of jounin and higher for an A-rank mission. Is it possible that you can assist in gathering an apropriate team and completing this mission?"

"Wether I want to or not I have no choice but to come. This mission deals with interrogation does it not? Therefore I have to go because of my rank in the village. I would suggest you also ask Evan to come and Narkosa as well. And maybe even Kami. Thoes are the ones I would take with me if I needed to take a team into a possible hostile environment that way we have a counter attack for any thing that would come our way. Besides I need to go to the Mist village anyway. I require more information on a new form of posions that have been showing up recently. Would you care for me to join this mission. You do realise that normally the higher ranked ninja would be the leader but I dont want to lead this one. It is your party. You can do with it as you wish but so you know if I feel like I am in danger I will have a plan to keep me and thoes that are useful to me alive." Rai says in a bored voice not even looking down at Shenji. "Now if you would not mind I would like to continue reading unless you want to ask some more questions that you should have realised the answer to."

Narkosa and Kinta hopped from tree to tree watching at they grew closer to the point in which I was order "Okay if my map is correct which it always is I am in the tree now," Narkosa looked down from the tree to see Rai and Shenji as the two jumped out of the tree Narkosa waves "hey you two what's going on,"

"Great, he's already undermining me and we haven't even gathered a team yet," Shenji thought. "And what's with that rank comment? He must not know that I've been promoted."
He looked up at Rai. "Yes, I think it would be best if you came along. By the way, that rank comment was unnecessary. I have been promoted since you were away."
He then sees Narkosa waving. "Oh, hello Narkosa. We were just discussing a mission I am leading. We are going to the Mist Village to investigate the origin and purpose of a suspicious treaty from the Mizukage. We may encounter some hostility. Rai and I think that you should come along."

Narkosa and Kinta gave a mock salute "yes sir," Relaxing a bit he laughed a bit "Thanks for them map Rai made it easy for me to find you," he said tossing a crumple paper ball at Rai "so what is the mission.

"Listen I dont want to undermine you or anything. But on the other hand you asked my opnion. And I have not left the village. I have been in my house working on some new jutsus. So what rank are you now?" Rai says calmly and slowly. "Hello Narkosa how have you been? I have made some more progress on the jutsus that you helped me work on last time." Rai says talking to his friend and one of his favorite students.

Shenji crossed his arms. "I dont see how you can stay locked up in there like that. I'm ANBU now. (Permission from Coolborder/ Rob). I've been training very hard. One day I'm going to surpass you. Also, you're not a very good sensei, ou havent taught me anything, I had to do this all by myself, and you've manage to neglect Pheobe even worse." Shenji calmed down a bit and took a breath. "Oh well, lets gether the rest of the team."

Narkosa chuckled at Shenji's Remark " I don't think you'll surpass Rai when you can't even beat me," Kinta laughed along side with Narkosa "I wouldn't really worry about Rai anyways it's not how strong you are it's how you fight that matters," Narkosa looked at Rai "Long time no see sensei I have been working on my Ink jutsu I think I got it down maybe I'll show them to ya soon if anything happens," A confident smirk grew across his face as though he was hiding something "ohhhh I tamed the beast," Narkosa added nodding to Rai

Shenji smirked. "Oh, it's been a while since you've beaten me, Narkosa. Don't expect to be able to do so a second time. I have become a lot more powerful." Shenji stopped and thought for a second. "As for our mission, I've changed my mind. This three-man squad should be good enough for this mission. Prepare yourselves, we will leave first thing tomorrow morning."

"How weak do you think Narkosa is Shenji? I beleive that he is one of the strogest that I looked after. You were never one of my Genin so I did not have to teach you anything. Second I can't train Phoebe because of certain issues which is not your concern. She was also never one of my Genin. My Genin were Go-Suto, White Silverblade, Okami, and koori no twlight. They are the ones that I cared for and the ones that I tried to teach as I was supposed to. They should all be Chunin. (As I have not yet heard the entire listings of the outcome of the Chunin exams I feel that that is fair.) Narkosa was not one of my genin either but I taught him. He is a close friend and an able bodied warrior. Oh I would at least ask Evan to show up and try to help us with this mission. Is that so bad?" Rai says calmly and slowly. "I dont care how strong you get Shenji. I am just me and I dont want to be the one who you try to best all of the time. You need to find yourself a girl mate... or is that the problem... you found one and are unable to please her?" Rai says with a small smile on his face.

"Hey! I do have one!..... sweatdrop she's just...uh...away! yeah! thats it! shes away!" Shenji never was a very good liar. "It's none of your business anyway. Anyway, back to buisness, I guess bringing him may be a good idea." (u contact him and ask, ppl r mean when i ask crying )
