But I like so many.....
Hmmm...Well, I've always been fond of the bow and arrows (or crossbow). Then theres the scythe, sickle, nunchucks, and elbow blades.

0Moon_Maiden0 But I like so many..... Hmmm...Well, I've always been fond of the bow and arrows (or crossbow). Then theres the scythe, sickle, nunchucks, and elbow blades. same here but without the bow and arrows and crossbow. scythes are AWSOME! i went trick-or-treating last year as a, as the package said, fade-in fade-out wraith (it had a little glasses like thing with two red LED lights that would slowly fade in and slowly fade out) and i carried around a "bone" scythe (DONT LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT stressed ! it was plastic it was just meant to look like it was made out of bones) the "blade" was bone and the end of it, and at the point where it meets the rod, it had a little skull. it was awsome. i also helped out at my (now) ex-girlfriends "haunted garage" (its something her family does every year) i was done trick-or-treating for the night so i decided to just stand in the garage, and i was wearing a black robe and hood so if i stood still, with the glasses turned off, i would blend in with the shadows and you wouldnt be able to see me, but if i turned the glasses on, all you would see were two floating red eyes. i probally creeped out some little kids if not down right scare them, though none of them flipped out... aw well, i can always try again this year. i dont trick-or-treat anymore, but i'll still get dressed up. all-in-all, i had a pretty nice costume. and heres a pic of exactly what the scythe i carried around looked like (srry but its the first pic i found of it and i cant take a pic of it with my moms digital camera to upload it cause one, i dont know how to upload photos using her camera and two, i would probally get in trouble for it) though the staff part was plastic instead of a metal pipe whoops, got a little off topic there srry sweatdrop and by elbow blades, do you mean tonfa??? cause thats basically what they are, tonfa with a bladed edge.

There's actually this type of egyptian sword I saw on the history channel once that I'd like. For the life of me I can't remember what it's called but it was really neat.
It had a curve to it so you could slash with it but the point of it was inline with the handle so you could still stab with it too. I thought it was really neat. I'll try and look it up on wikipedia so I can find a picture.
