For all of time Nature has staid in a constant cycle of life, death, and rebirth. Life and Death have worked in harmony with one another, the Undead being the only creatures daring to defy their rule. For all eternity Life and Death are meant to work as one until all of creation stops and Life is finally put to rest. Recently the balance of Nature has shifted and a terrible tragedy has sent both sides into an uproar. Death and Life have fallen in love. Their love is forsaken and if allowed to blossom could cause the downfall of all creation. With the balance at stake both sides battle to keep their masters apart.
In the underground of the world's most populous cities the War of Eons has been battled between the warriors of Life and Death. Fighting to keep this war a secret are the Undead that protect the land they roam and feed off of. Aiding them is a single human family that has sworn to protect the world from any battles that might come forth. Four sides battling for their own purposes while humans remain blissfully ignorant to it all. Even with the physical form of Life hidden amoung them with no memory of her former self. Now Death has taken it into his hands to find his love and take her away so that they may be together for the remainder of time until nature falls and Life will finally be put to rest.
Basic things you need to know:
- Life and Death can not actually bring people back to life or just instantly kill them
- Warriors of Death aren't actually people who have died but creatures created from the Dead (to anyone who has read the Abhorsen series by Garth Nix, kinda like Death Hands)
- Warriors of Life are almost like angels except not quite so holy. Some can even be animal spirits such as a komori (bat) demon.
- The Undead can basically be anything that should be dead but isn't i.e Vampires, Werewolves, Ghost, ect.
- The basic realm of Life is a bright beautiful place hidden deep in forest covered mountains. The realm of Death is cold and dark, not exactly the firey pit of Hell though.
- The war is spread world wide, not just in one spot, but the main focus of the RP is probably going to be in London or something like that.
- Warriors of Life and Death CAN die. If you die, you can not be brought back on your own!
Rules:
- Follow Gaia rules.
- As much as I hate to say it, keep it PG-13
- Romance is allowed (obviously)
- No killing anyone without permission.
- Times and starts of battles will be posted on main page (this one!)
- Try to post at least once a day. PLEASE!
- Keep up with what is going on and try to stay in character.
- No god moding. I dont care if you are playing Death or Life, you aren't all powerful.
- Have fun. Be creative.

Deep golden eyes looked around the dimly lit church, an expression of pure boredom help in them. Sitting high in the rafters Angel watched a few people enter and exit throughout the day. The church had long since stopped its services, but people still came. For the past three centuries this had been her home and sanctuary. Pushing a a silver strand of gold form her face her eyes turned back out of the stained glass. The star that cursed her was beginning to set beyond its horizon. A fanged smirk shone in the twilight, soon night would be upon her and she would be free to roam the city at its most beautiful hour.

You... Her mind echoed. Aemaeth blankly looked around, leaning against the wall. She felt empty as she stood there, staring at the people who walked around her. She felt rediculous in her new outfit, and slowly looked down, face reddening a bit. I don't deserve this. I should've have to sit around and watch all these... these pathetic humans... she looked down, and pursed her lips, finally feeling some emotion besides the void.

Keshoto's eyes surveyed the streets as he walked, his cloak pulled down so his face was not exposed to what little sunlight was left. He had no real place in mind, he was just looking around. He knew the area like the back of his hand, but he still enjoyed just looking. Usually he would have been driving either his motercycle or car, but for some reason he decided to walk.

Golden orbs watched the sun set behind its horizon in its daily submission to the moon. With night falling onto the city she could make her escape of this place and be free to do as she pleased. Jumping swiftly from the rafter she landed quietly on her feet and tred lightly out of the sanctuary, its golden halls of sanctuary falling dim behind her.

Finally, Aemaeth pulled away from the wall, brushing out the wrinkles on her skirt and turning, walking away from the wall and into the people, attempting to 'blend in' with the humans. Technically, she was a human now, but, that didn't exactly matter to her now, did it...?

Keshoto's slit eyes surveyed the streets and those in it carefully. He dropped his hood as the sun finally dipped beneath the horizon. He yawned, streaching his arms above his head as he showed his teeth, thenn bringing his hands down behind his head. "...What to do, what to do..." He whispered, thinking.

She passed two conversing 'humans' slowly, glancing over to them with slight interest, then shrugging it off and continuing on, humming lightly in her throat, while watching the road ahead to view for any changes.
There was suddenly a series of screams, and she lifted her heard sharply. An explosion. A crash. Flames roared into the skies in an instant, and people started screaming. Tilting her head to the side, she walked over, and saw a body laying on the ground. The man was shaking like a leaf, and she could see the metal lodged into his side. He wouldn't live much longer. For some strange, unexplained reason, she knelt beside him, taking his head and placing it in her lap, watching him as he died so he could die with someone holding him.
She couldn't explain why she did that, but soon, medical and police men came, cleaning up the accident instantly, and within twenty minutes, it was like it had never happened. "...."
