Squarenix has just about milked FFVII to death.Am I the only one that would like to see other games besides FFVII spinoffs?And they whore sephiroth and cloud...Their in like everything now gonk Seriously does anyone even remember characters like zidane from other games?I do like FFVII,but its not the only FF.They even gave FFX a spinoff,so why not FFVIII or FIX?Those games seem to have been forgotten by square....And there's only Squall,selphie and vivi in Kingdom hearts and thats it!But look at how many FFVII characters they have in their compaired to the other games,except for berret ofcourse...But thats because disney is racist.
I just think they should do something with the other games too
Although I would love a remake of FFVII

I thought they are remaking FFVII for PS3... in fact there is a trailer for it on GameSpot. I want that more than any other game for the PS3 if I had a PS3, but then there is also Ninja Gaiden. It's awesome! I also want an Xbox 360 for only DoA4.
But you're right, and I think they should remake all the FF games.
The only reason they are doing such things is because they are running out of ideas. At least Numora seems to keep having ideas come up, but of course the company needs more games produced wiether or not it is a spin off.

The trailer you saw was a tech demo to show the graphical abilities of the ps3..So far they have yet to announce a remake for ffvii
