Setting:
It is the year 2009, and the magical world still exists.
After the downfall of Lord Voldemort, his many followers spread throughout the world. Each seemingly trying to make a name for themselves, instilling as much fear in the masses and Voldemort himself had. The hard part is, there is absolutely no way you can be sure whether or not someone is evil.
Kimimaru is a well known and respected Magical School.

Description
The people of the Falke house are a serious bunch. They now when and how to have fun, but they also think ahead. Life is far from a game to them, and they think of consequences before they act. This being said, the people of the Falke house are a bit smarter than those of the Lupus house. The people of the Falke house can see clearly what is right and wrong, no shades of gray between the two. However, they don’t always take the right way.

Description
Though not as smart as the people from the Falke house, Lupus people aren’t stupid. They aren’t nearly as serious as the other, but they do know when to buckle down and get to work. People in the Lupus house tend to be up for any adventure. The people of the Lupos house handle stress and pressure quite well, which helps, because they tend to be in stressful situation quite often..

Background: Macheavelli Delnora grew up in southern Britian, where he lived with his foster parents, his mother had did in childbirth, and his father had disappeared after his death, apparently to Australia. After Machavelli had passed through all of his courses at a smaller school he took the time to fly himself to Australia, to possibly find his but otherwise to only be away from where he had grown up. it just wasn't the happiest of places. Now living in (Insert name of school here) Macheavelli teaches Advanced Spell workings.

Appearance: Chloe is short for her age, about 5'2", and very skinny. Her hair is chin-length and black with a spell in it to make it appear to shimmer with black. Her eyes are large and the outer ends angle upwards slightly, giving her a look not quite Japanese, but more elf-like. They are also charmed to change color, she tells everybody they change according to her mood, but she can actually control them herself. She is almost always smiling and has a number of tattooes on her that are charmed to move all over her body.
Background: The Talbot family is actually a branch off of the Slytherin family, but they moved to Australia quite some time ago. As far as Chloe knows, she is the first to be born with the Parseltounge gift. Knowing that most still think of it as a dark ability, she has kept it a secret that only she knows about. Her parents have made a fortune in the appearance charms industry, hence the large amount Chloe has on her. During her first four years at Kimimaru, she was somewhat above average ability-wise in all of her classes, but last year her ability in curses suddenly rose, putting her nearly on par with the professors.

Background: Colby Tieross didn’t know of the magical world until she got her letter. At first she didn’t believe it, believing it to just be some type of joke, but eventually she did as the letter instructed and ended up at the school. Her younger brother Aiden also goes to the school.

"Ms. Talbot it's nice to see you again, after last years events with our headmaster accidently allowing a deatheater on school grounds during one of our matches I was afraid your family would pull one of our better students."

Upon stepping out from the ivy garden near the front doors he metamorphed into what appeared to be that of their headmaster, and quickly back again.He propped himself on the ledgethat was part of the wall leading to the doors.

"Headmaster of Kimimaru magical institute, Allowed a single death eater onto school grounds during one of the schools many Quiditch Matches. The woman now Identified as Veallen Black had attempted to infiltrate and raise her power in Kimimaru through the use of polyjuice potion. She had allegedly taken the hair of the now ex-potions master, and used the profesors resources to attempt to murder everyone in the school. Her failure was enacted when visitor and freind of Alazar Versai, noticed he was spending far too much time alone, in his tower, and went to investigate. Upon his entry Veallen attempted to hex the man, and he aprehnded her and turned her over to the local branch of the minestry. Alazar Versai was found two weeks later murdered in a graveyard." Macheivelli read as he paced up the hall along side Chloe Talbot.

"Quite the article they wrote wouldn't you say Ms. Talbot? Now obviosly I wasn't here for any of this but it sounds as though this was a fairly bad affair, and I don't the post as much as others, I'd like a mre unbiased acount." He said as he handed off the paper to her.

"Now that is a dangerous thing to say especially in times like these." Macheivelli said as he took the news paper back from her. "That is quite horrible but now you can't blame your self for this. Teachers are suppoesed to be those we can trust. How were any of the students supposeed to know what that single potion was to do."

"Now dear, you mustn't blame yourself for what happened to him, or anyone else. I do wish I had more time to talk, but I have some things to attend to before the remainder of the students arive." The two had walked for a good deal of time, during the conversation, they were now inside of the great hall. 'Ahhh here it is, such trouble' "As a partence, I do hope you take to account what I said, and do not blame any one but Black."

"Welcome new students to the Kimimaru Institute of Magical learning." IT was a good month after her talk with Chloe Talbot about the incident. HE had spent the time in his personal loft, studying and testing a new spell he had been working on. "Now in a few moments you will head for the first time through the ivy garden, and head into courtyard, which has been prepared for your basic sorting, and initiation. I would however ask that aside from today, you refrain from entering the courtyard, in grouos less thean seven."

He drew his wand, and nearly touching his hand was a small dragin scale imbedded in the wood and pointed it behind him at the court yard. "Imperio Spectras, That would have been quite embarresing if that hadn't worked. Students take a seat of your choice, but, do it by feeling, not to the loyalty of your friends."

A knight made of liquid raised himself from the courtyard floor. "Firstly, Gwyneth May Cuthalion, step forward, and take my sword." The knight was a new addition that was the workings of Delnora's new spell. This ought to be fun, Macheavelli thought to himself. He leaned against a pillar near the rear of the courtyard.
