I will be vanishing. Quite soon, actaully. The original date was the day after tomorrow, but it's been postponed until Monday. When will I be back...?

You see, today I turned eighteen, tomorrow I graduate, and then I'm off on a family trip, and I won't have internet access for pretty much the entire time. Any net access I do get will be focused toward talking with my friends, so they don't forget I exist and never write to me again.
Sorry for the short notice! I will return, though, never fear.
It'll just... Be a while.
In other news, at dinner -- we went to my favorite restaraunt -- I was opening my presents, and the waiter stops by the table. Here is the dialogue that followed:
Waiter: Oh! Who's graduating?
Me: (quietly) It's my eighteenth birthday. (getting louder) I'm graduating tomorrow, though.
Waiter: Oh, you're graduating from middle school, right?
...Yeah. Ouch. I know I don't look like a legal adult, but still, I think he heard 'thirteen' instead of 'eighteen' and believed it a lot more. x_x
Ah well. My family's going to get annoyed at me for being online on my birthday, so I'd best be going.

Just so I don't have to post another topic, I'll be leaving on the twenty-eighth, and I won't be back until July third.
XD, sorry, but it IS a little funny. My friend says that I look nine, only freakishly tall. I think she's just jealous that I'm taller than her though...

Well, yes, I suppose it was sort of funny. xd But I hear it so much that the humor wears off after a while. I look young. And I'm just five feet tall after two major growth spurts, so I think I'm never going to look any older. At least it's not like it was when I was in elementary school, though... I was three foot something until sixth grade.

So, with my friends I feel freakishly tall, and at home I feel freakishly short...

Aw, poor Moya, though. Being mistaken for a middle-school graduate... Wha'd the waiter say when you told him how old you REALLY were? xD
Strange, though, how people can think someone's four or so years older or younger than they really are when they're still in their teens--it's pretty easy to guess a teenager's general age.
Cheese had the same experience... except reversed. After graduating middle school, she went to a restaurant, still in her dress, and the waiter thought she was graduating high school...
And that's wierd. surprised
Cheese is only 5'3.5"

I'm back! At long, long last, I return!
Yep, not quite September, and I've not actually gotten back yet. I'm still on the road, right now. Actually, I'm currently in Ohio, but not for long. We'll be out of state before anyone reads this, most likely.
So, what happened over my summer? Mostly having fun, enjoying time with my family, and, of course, writing. I didn't finish any of my new books, the way I planned to, but I ended up editing a book for self-publication -- Untold Memories II: Raven's Journey, available as soon as my artist finishes the cover! -- and fleshing out a book that I thought I'd finished. Hahaha. Right. It's now more than twice its original length, and I'm only half done. sweatdrop Once I start writing, I just can't stop...
So, here I am. I won't be at full posting capacity until I settle in at college, but I'll be around, even if it's just lurking and catching up on what I've missed at first.
I missed you all~!

It's insane, how long I've been gone. Aww, I hope that if you read it, you like it. But you have to read my first book before you read it, because otherwise... Well, spoilers abound.
