My prices range from 7k to 15k (Gaia) depending on the complexity, detail, and what exactly you want me to draw. Obviously, sketches will cost a lot less than a colored pic with a background and two characters.

Complex backgrounds (the detailed sketch example has a complex background, "Full Color" example #1 doesn't have a complex BG)
Complex character poses
Modern technology props/weaponry
Added extras (frames, charms, and what have you)
