ok, so I'm 130 lbs. last I checked, at 5'4" and 18% bodyfat
I want to get my bodyfat to a lower healthier, more aesthetic 8-10% or lower. I basically eat between 500 and 1200 calories a day, NORMALLY, and less than 1000 when dieting (don't hit me with the, that's unhealthy stuff, because frankly, if I try to eat much more than 1200 I feel sick.) whilst doing butt-shits of cardio and Budokon every morning.
on average I will run ten miles on my gazelle, and I try to burn off double of what I eat an hour after I eat, every time I eat. In the morning, before breakfast I do Budokon, and the Walk Away The Pounds DVD, 1 mile, and 2 mile.
and, I'm loosing the weight terrifically. I take a 100% Hoodia product (not the washed down stuff, this has all of the certification) and I'm getting closer to my goal of as close to 100 lbs. as healthy for me.
the thing is, I have alot of muscle in my claves, thighs and arms and I want to loose this. I know low cal+high cardio helps effectively burn away muscle, but how low would my BF% have to be to do this?
also, are there any other guys out their who want to be lean and thin instead of muscley and bulky?

This reads like an issue you might want to bring up with your physician and a dietitian, as they'd be far more qualified to help you on that end. Though it's not very fast, the most efficient way I've found to reduce muscle mass is to not use the muscles which have the mass you want reduced. Thing is, that's a bit problematic when a good deal of the cardio/aerobic exercises you've described will inevitably work those crazy legs of yours which is why I'll have to really suggest that you talk to a physician and a dietitian about this.

I have, and the physician said the only way would be eating low protein and low cardio so the muscles can't feed on anything, and thus they break down. It's mainly the thing that the body eats fat first, muscle second, and then it's own organs last. and true about that.

It's hard to find REAL hoodia, since alot of companies just sell washed down versions and try to pass it off as the real thing.
