Bots???? Mules??? I don't know the terms. I have been around for a while, but I have never heard those terms before.
I'm only familiar with these terms from gaming, so pardon if I'm wrong, but...
Bot=computer program that automates some function, such as farming gold. No human necessary, it is some gross exploiting/cheating.
Mule=an alternate account/character made for the purpose of holding your extra stuff, whatever that may be.
OR some options from dictionary.com (because I'm too cheap to own a real dictionary):
bot3 /bɒt/ –noun a device or piece of software that can execute commands, reply to messages, or perform routine tasks, as online searches, either automatically or with minimal human intervention (often used in combination): intelligent infobots; shopping bots that help consumers find the best prices.
(found an amusing one for mule! look at 6 - what are you guys up to with your mules! :O )

Informal A stubborn person.
6. Slang A person who serves as a courier of illegal drugs.
