Dreams Live
The anatomy of a dream is surreal,
you can touch but never feel.
We never learned to walk within,
without a sign when we begin,
tolerate the pain again,
the war we started deep within.
Dreams live deep within the skies of your mind,
bringing subconcious thought into the light,
showing us destinies we cannot fight.
Winding through the hollows of my empty spirit,
calling my name but I cannot hear it,
finding what's lost,
and losing what's found,
can't possibly stand where there is no ground.
