is simply that it is a place to retire old threads to. for example:
-- finished party threads
-- finished contest threads
-- finished RP threads, however RP threads will NOT be put here unless the person whose thread it is, requests it be moved here!
you get the idea. smile basically this will be a read only forum, so that the main forum isn't cluttered with dead or finished threads.
