The Byakugan is a special pupil condition that naturally occurs in members of the Hyuuga clan (and thus only characters from the Hyuuga clan possess it). Byakugan users are characterized by their lavender, pupil-less eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, their pupils somewhat appear and the veins near their temples bulge.
Clan Abilities:
Jūken (Gentle Fist)
The Gentle Fist style of combat aims to damage the body's chakra circulatory system, thus inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra circulatory system, causing the targeted area to rupture or divert flow. Alternatively, or as an additional effect, the same method can be used to damage the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra circulatory system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name. Because the chakra circulatory system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. As there is no way to train the internal organs to become stronger, this technique is capable of causing damage no matter how physically powerful the opponent is.
Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms
This jutsu closes off sixty-four specific chakra points (tenketsu) on an opponent's body with the Gentle Fist style, effectively eliminating their ability to use chakra for quite some time and making it quite difficult for them to move. It begins with the closing of two chakra points, followed by four more, then eight, then sixteen, then thirty-two, and then sixty-four strikes. Each set of strikes is done at an increasing pace.
Eight Trigrams Palm Rotation
This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from the user's chakra points when struck. The released chakra blocks any possible attack. The user then spins themselves rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any would-be attackers. The spin also allows the user to defend the blindspot in their Byakugan.
Ninjutsu:
Transformation Technique
This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu.
Clone Technique
This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Body Replacement Technique
This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.

Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique
This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.
Bio:
Shiro was born into the main branch of the Hyuuga clan and, from an early age, has been a skilled Byakugan user. He has already mastered the 'Gentle Fist' fighting style as well as most of his 'clan abilities'. When he isn't training with his Jonin, Shiro likes to train his Juken in the forest. He aspires to become an ANBU Captain.

Summoning Styles (For Shiro):
Monkey (Chikai)
A regular monkey used for whatever the user wants it to do.
Destroyer Monkey (Metsubou)
A large, gorillia-like monkey that's main purpose is for destroying with its large size, but is also does well in combat.
King Enma
The monkey king, he wears a tiger like fur coat, beneath this he wears ninja netting, and he has white long hair with a white furry tail. He is strong and has the ability to turn into 'King Enmas Thunder Pole'.
King Enma Thunder Pole- King Enma has the ability to turn into the Thunger Pole.
King Enma Thunder Prison- After King Enma turns into the Thunder Pole he will duplicate and make a prison around the opponent if Enma is fast enough.
King Enma Thunder Prison Comet- After King Enma traps someone in the the Thunder Prison. He will float into the air and spiral down into the ground.
King Enma Combo Eight- Once you strike a firm blow near the stomach with the Thunder Pole he will emerge from the pole halfway keeping his legs and tail inside and do eight consecutive slashes before punching the opponent hard in the stomach.
King Enma Clutch- Once the pole is close enough to the opponents face, King Enma hand emerges from the pole and clutches the opponents neck or any other part of the body. Once he has a grip around the neck no one can make him let go except a slice to his hand or something happening to the summoner.

Hidan is apparently immortal, having been fatally wounded a number of times and even surviving decapitations while still retaining the ability to speak. Although he can survive dismemberment, Hidan needs to be connected to his body in order to control it. Despite the fact that he cannot die, Hidan openly states before battle that he wishes his opponents will be able to kill him.
Hidan after transforming. After acquiring some of an opponent's blood and consuming it, Hidan uses his own blood to draw the symbol on his charm on the ground. Once done, Hidan enters the symbol and undergoes a transformation, turning most of his skin black and creating white lines in roughly the same locations as his bones. Combined with his scythe, this transformation gives him the appearance of a Grim Reaper.
Once his transformation is complete, Hidan and his opponent are "linked", and any damage done to Hidan is also done to the opponent (akin to a voodoo doll). While within the symbol, Hidan uses his pike instead of his scythe to do more precise damage to his own body, causing extreme pain to both him and his opponent. Because of his immortality, Hidan is uninhibited by the damage of his attacks and even seems to find pleasure in the pain. After toying with his opponent by giving himself nonlethal injuries, Hidan stabs himself in the chest, fatally injuring the opponent and causing his transformation to reverse. While being a useful technique, Hidan needs to remain within the symbol for the voodoo-like effects to work. If he does leave, the link still exists and his transformation remains, leaving him to only need to return to the symbol to resume the technique.

Personality:
Hidan belongs to the Jashin religion, a religion that worships a deity named Jashin and that condemns anything short of slaughter. Because of this, Hidan greatly dislikes needing to capture opponents alive, and makes sure to pray before battles where he cannot kill. As a part of his religion, Hidan owns a charm with an upside-down triangle inscribed inside a circle (the symbol is sometimes drawn right-side up) that he carries on a chain of beads. Hidan prays to this charm before battles and asks that he get nothing short of a kill.
Once a battle has begun, Hidan dislikes being interrupted or being forced to stop the fight, and it takes a great deal of persuasion to get him to comply. After battles, should he have time, Hidan performs a thirty-minute ritual in accordance with his religion, which seems to culminate by stabbing himself in the chest and lying upon the ground.
Although he is a member of Akatsuki, Hidan dislikes many of the formalities reacquired for the allegiance, particularly being partnered with Kakuzu. Most specifically, he dislikes the fact that Kakuzu fights solely for money. Kakuzu also dislikes their partnership, and has little patience for Hidan's time-consuming battle style and rituals. Despite this, the two remain paired together as each is able to use the other's abilities to their advantage. Additionally, Hidan doesn't seem to like the Akatsuki leader and openly disrespects him in front of others.[4] In fact, he doesn't seem to like anyone, and has not been seen showing any respect to anyone except Jashin. He also seems to use incredibly vulgar language at most any time, while always acting in an either very confident or very agitated manner.
Weapons:
In battle, Hidan wields a three-bladed scythe that he uses as a projectile while controlling it with a rope wrapped around his wrist. Although he is capable of striking even the most talented of ninja with it, Hidan claims that the scythe makes him the slowest-attacking member of Akatsuki. The three blades on his scythe are not meant to increase the damage of his attacks, but rather to increase his chances of drawing his opponent's blood. Should the scythe become inconvenient or unavailable for this purpose, Hidan can also use a retractable pike to injure the opponent.

Zakkou has obtained the ability to contract electricity into his blade. He can then fire this electricity in concentrated bolts at his opponents and also contain the electricity around the blade as a sort of 'barrier'.

The 'Lightning Rain Technique' requires thirty-three hand seals to preform. It causes a small storm to arise and creates a great amount of electricity in the air wich, after a lengthened time period, will shoot straight down, covering an area of fity-four yards.

The 'Lightning Rage Technique' requires sixty-six hand seals to preform. It causes a large storm to arise and creates a great amount of electricity in the air wich, after a lengthened time period, will shoot straight down, covering an area of one hundred yards.

The 'Great Infliction Technique' requires ninty-nine hand seals to preform. It causes a large storm to arise and creates a great amount of electricity in the air wich will instantly electrify an area of one hundred-fifty yards.

This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. Like the Shadow Clone Technique, these clones are capable of attacking and using jutsu, but they are easier to defeat because they are only one-tenth of the user's power. Additionally, they can only be controlled within a certain distance of the user.
Hidden Mist Jutsu
This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it.
Shadow Clone Jutsu
Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. Unlike other clones, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person.
Any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. It's also useful for training purposes, since the total amount of experience the user gains is multiplied by the total number of clones being used to train. Using it in this manner is far more difficult, however, since a large number of clones are needed to make a significant difference in the training time. It's unclear if other types of clones possess this advantage.
Water Prison Jutsu
This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it.
Water Dragon Blast Technique
Using this jutsu, the user creates a huge current of water in the form of a serpentine dragon and directs it towards a target. The water used to create the dragon must be present to perform the technique. This technique requires 44 hand seals to perform, more than five times that of almost every other jutsu shown in the series. In the manga the Second Hokage only needs one hand seal to perform this technique, a testament to his skill.

This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place.
Demonic Illusion: Descending Hell Technique
This jutsu creates the illusion of a tremendous ball of fire in the sky, which then crashes onto a designated area. Anyone in the area will instinctively flee.
Death Foreseeing Technique
This jutsu is much like the Temporary Paralysis Technique, but paralyzes the foe by showing them a vision of their own gruesome death. In addition to the paralysis, the enemy is overwhelmed with fear, and can suffer severe mental stress.
Bringer-of-Darkness Technique
This jutsu makes the target think that they are surrounded by total darkness, allowing the user to attack unseen. In the anime, the Second Hokage was the one to initiate this technique. In the manga, it was the First Hokage.
Demonic Illusion: Tree Bind Death
With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear, allowing them to approach their target unnoticed. Once completed, a tree and roots will grow at the target's feet and restrict their movements. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then appear above their opponent from the tree's trunk and kill the target.
Temple of Nirvana Technique
This jutsu causes everyone within a specific area to fall into a deep sleep. From the target's point of view, it seems as if feathers are falling from the sky, which serves as a distraction to allow the jutsu to take effect. The downside, however, is that it takes a fair amount of time to take effect, and any experienced ninja has more than enough time to dispell it.
Defining Characteristics
-Zakkou's eyes are completely black with white pupils.
-Zakkou always carries his Rensai (Chained Static Cutter) with him. The chain is wrapped around his body, leaving the blade itself 'sheathed' into the chains, on his back.

A large zanbato wich has a chain reathing from the end of it's hilt. This chain allows Zakkou to use the blade as both a close-range and long-range weapon. When in combat, the chain is wrapped around his right wrist and the blade is held in his right hand. When out of combat the chain is wrapped around his body and the blade is sheathed into the chains on his back.

Bio:
Zakkou was born into a rare shinobi clan known as Kuroyami. He soon discovered that he had inhereted the Aneikatachi kekke genkai and decided to train until he mastered it. He entered the ninja academy shortly after making that decision and found that he was very good at chakra control. He eventually graduated with average marks and went on to become a Genin.
As a Genin, Zakkou trained at swordplay and lightning style jutsu until he felt he had mastered both. He soon became the trouble maker of his classes and would always be 'dismissed' from class for his 'creative remarks' about his Jonin. However he'd always pick up the slack and he eventually became a Chuunin.
He was on his way home one day when he noticed his uncle running down the busy streets screaming his name. He stopped his uncle and told him to calm down. Shortly after, his uncle informed him that his father had dies of lung cancer, brought on by smoking. His mother had committed suicide seeing her husband die. His uncle then handed him Rensai, his father's most cherished blade. Instead of crying or even feeling sad, Zakkou simply grinned slightly and walked away with Rensai in hand.
Now, two years later, Zakkou has returned and has mastered Rensai. He now searches for the one known as 'The Demon of the Hidden Mist' in order to further his swordplay and make himself known throughout the lands as the 'Blade of Shadows'.

lol, since my new guy's name is shiro, it looks like i took your name lol! i actually got it from a naruto site that belives hakus name is haku shiro, so i changed shiro for my first and haku for my last! mrgreen
