ninja First off this is a debate, show ur reson for sideing and pro's to go with ur reson.
* i don't think that members should earn the right to join the crew that easy... they should prove there worth to the guild. not be slung into the same crew of good hard working members of the guild that earned there right to be ther. pirate ninja

i sort of agree we crew are hard working, but you dont if others are, we have to give them a chance

You have to realize, there are some asinine people on Gaia, who take hobby in destroying guilds. I would suggest changing the system of only donating gold to get to crew status to making those crew who show talent and do work, an can do assignments without complaining. The crew should have leadership skills, but shouldn't be too controlling.
They should also be people you connect with and can work with people, a crew that's divided can't give and take for ideas to make things work.
If you make crew for people that donate gold, then any of those trolls can get in and start ruining the guild from the inside upper positions, and that is not good.
