Yes its a nice concept showing how adverting is being utilised for development
(some people i hear are complaining about this being done over the battle system)
But the battle system is much more complex and is still under heavy development, so both are mutually exclusive

I believe it will have a greater appeal to the male part of gaia. It will also draw in a new crowd and help gaia grow.
