Many times I try to join a roleplay, but find that everyone has already been set in they're ways and will not bend for anyone, not even if the current plot is dieing from lack of creativity. Not to say that I'm overtly original, but sometimes beating a dead horse just seems silly and time consuming; time that could be used in saving a princess in distress or meeting the knight of my dreams after a heroic battle between good vs evil. But, hey, maybe I'm just old fashioned. Yet, I'm sure many amongst you have found, for one reason or another, that role plays just aren't as fun as they could be. Role play's just aren't as... friendly anymore.
Here, I hope we can all find an escape.

I as an aspiring young writer find roleplaying a great way to expand my ideas and get a fresh new perspective on stories. Watching the various other paths that a story may take just by adding a character or small plot device. Placing my day dreams and flights of fancy on display for others to change and bend, I am given fresh new material each time a person posts. But, roleplaying isn't just for those who like to write, it's a fun game to play for anyone, and no one is to be excluded.
