Lv.3: Kasaigan-Allows the user to compress the air around an opponent into that opponents body. This forces up to 4,000,000 pounds of pressure on their vital organs and can either kill an opponent instantly or completley destroy their ability to move, think, or speak forever.
Final Lvl: Hagrishi Kasaigan-To unlock this level the user must accomplish a life threatening task and kill a number of 3000 people in his or her life. This level drains a 10Km area of all the blood-chakra. Blood-chakra is the energy needed to activate and use a kekke-genkai. Basically it disables even the strongest of kekke-genkai. It is impossible to escape because the blood-chakra is instantly transported into the kasaigan. The opponent will only regain their abilities after 3 weeks.

Kaiosou appears to be a gentile man who wouldn't ever cause harm to any living thing. In truth he loves to fight and to start fights with large groups of people at the same time. He is normally emotionless, except on rare occassions when memories of his childhood are brought back to him...

Tairogue, The Wind God.
Tairogue was the demon that watched over the Sky Village. Kaiosou obtained it the day he avenged his villages destruction. This demon gives him increased speed and power. Kaiosou has modified the demon's chakra and can use it to enter the form of Jhenkon, a state whereby Kaiosou can create and manipulate thorny vines of chakra. They appear as thick, seemingly endless black vines. When these vines come in contact with a shinobi they will latch on using the thorns. Once attached to someone they are almost impossible to break. Only Kaiosou can use Jhenkon.

The black vines appear from Kaiosou's palms.

Millions of black vines emerge from beneath the opponent, constricting them.

Leading from Unending Storm of Vines, the vines, now constricted around the opponent, grow razor-sharp thorns that drain the opponents chakra.

Five large vines shoot from Kaiosou's palms towards the opponent. These vines will pierce the opponent's heart.

This is Kaiosou's signature jutsu. To prove himself as an exceptional shinobi he uses this jutsu every time he is confronted. It simply cuts off the targets air supply, leaving the to sufficate.

This jutsu allows the user to walk on wind for a short time period. Like the 'water walking' and 'tree climbing' techniques, the jutsu requires the chakra to be focused into the soles of the user's feet.

The user does a long chain of handseals and their hands glow a whitish blue. They then plunge their hand into the person's chest and pulls out the demon spirit(Bjuu) possesing the victim. They then trap them in a special chakra infused clay pot meant to hold spirits. The ordeal is huge, so there is a 50% chance of not making it through. Also, the technique requires the victim to stand still,so restraining the person is required. This would usually takes two Aoigetsu members. One to restrain the victim, and the other to extract the demon spirit (Bjuu).
Body Flicker Jutsu-
Allows the user to move at an extremely high speed. To the opponent it appears that the user has teleported.

Allows the user to switch places with a nearby object. That object may be equipped with an exploding tag.

Combining sound and wind, Kaiosou can throw a compact sphere that will explode on contact, ripping the target apart and imitting a powerful blast of sound capable of deafening even the strongest of shinobi.

Kaiosou appears in front of the opponent with a kunai in each hand and a kunai in their mouth. He then sticks the two handheld kunai into each of the opponent's shoulders and cuts the opponent's throat with the mouthed kunai. This technique takes under two seconds to preform.

The user appears from the opponent's shadow and preforms a follow-up jutsu from behind.

This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.
Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique-
This jutsu changes the appearance of a nearby object or area.
Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique-
This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place.
Demonic Illusion: Descending Hell Technique-
This jutsu creates the illusion of a tremendous ball of fire in the sky, which then crashes onto a designated area. Anyone in the area will instinctively flee.
Death Foreseeing Technique-
This jutsu is much like the Temporary Paralysis Technique, but paralyzes the foe by showing them a vision of their own gruesome death. In addition to the paralysis, the enemy is overwhelmed with fear, and can suffer severe mental stress.
Bringer-of-Darkness Technique-
This jutsu makes the target think that they are surrounded by total darkness, allowing the user to attack unseen. In the anime, the Second Hokage was the one to initiate this technique. In the manga, it was the First Hokage.
Demonic Illusion: Tree Bind Death-
With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear, allowing them to approach their target unnoticed. Once completed, a tree and roots will grow at the target's feet and restrict their movements. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then appear above their opponent from the tree's trunk and kill the target.
Temple of Nirvana Technique-
This jutsu causes everyone within a specific area to fall into a deep sleep. From the target's point of view, it seems as if feathers are falling from the sky, which serves as a distraction to allow the jutsu to take effect. The downside, however, is that it takes a fair amount of time to take effect, and any experienced ninja has more than enough time to dispell it.

-An upgraded version of a sword given to Kaiosou by his brother, Xin wich can steal his opponents chakra. This chakra can serve as a sort of bank whereby Kaiosou can either use the stored chakra for himself or shoot it out in a great mass, capable of taking out a small mountain. Kaiosou keeps it sheathed at his side in a black crystal sheath.

-True Chakra Blade-
Kaiosou strides the blade, sending a steady stream of green chakra that can cut through any material.
-Hazed Moon of Rising-
The blade's chakra obtains the ability to summon legions of skeletons to serve as a shield. These skeletons cannot attack, only defend.
-Dark Water Moon-
An intangable aura sprouts from the blade. It appears to be made of water but is actually made from the stored chakra within the blade. This aura can cut the opponent, bypassing the skin and cutting only the arteries and veins, leaving the opponent to think that they are still in good condition while they are actually slowly dying.
-Great Chakra Blaze-
Releasing all of the blade's stored chakra at once, Kaiosou can create an enormous fire that will burn for days. It cannot be manipulated by anyone but Kaiosou and cannot be extinguished by anyone but Kaiosou.
Bio:
Kaiosou was born in the Hidden Sky Village. At the age of 10 he unlocked the second level of his Kekke-Genkai, the Kasaigan. This made him the second strongest shinobi in the village at the time. On his 12th birthday the ruling Kage passed away and Kaiosou was appointed as the new Kage. He didn't get much respect because of his age but his older brother, Xin who was striving to become an ANBU, gave him a helping hand. On Kai's 13th birthday Xin became an ANBU at long last and a celebration was thrown. However the joy did not last long. The village was infiltrated by sand ninja and every civillian was devoured by black sand. Kai and Xin were the only survivors. As Kai walked the sandy streets Xin appeared and spoke these words: "Kai, you think you know so much about being a shinobi. You know nothing. You ARE nothing! That's why the villagers died! Because you're weak! The sand nin I hired didn't last long. We are the only two sky nin left in existance! That will change in the future! When next we meet you'll die!" That voice rings in Kai's ears as he sleeps and so he trains for the day they meet again. Since then Kaiosou has mastered the Kasaigan. He has defeated Xin and is now trying to ressurect him so that he can learn Xin's sacred Jutsu's. Kaiosou was killed by Itachi and revived by Kensuma. He is now a drifting shinobi and has no memory of his recent past.
Presently
He travels throughout the villages and tries to come to terms with his supposed violent past. He seems to be drawn to Konoha in particular. He has also recently joined Aoigetsu as a spy for Akatsuki. He has now returned to Akatsuki with his new knowledge.

This aura can cut the opponent, bypassing the skin and cutting only the arteries and veins, leaving the opponent to think that they are still in good condition while they are actually slowly dying.

Releasing all of the blade's stored chakra at once, Kaiosou can create an enormous fire that will burn for days. It cannot be manipulated by anyone but Kaiosou and cannot be extinguished by anyone but Kaiosou.
Bio:
Kaiosou was born in the Hidden Sky Village. At the age of 10 he unlocked the second level of his Kekke-Genkai, the Kasaigan. This made him the second strongest shinobi in the village at the time. On his 12th birthday the ruling Kage passed away and Kaiosou was appointed as the new Kage. He didn't get much respect because of his age but his older brother, Xin who was striving to become an ANBU, gave him a helping hand. On Kai's 13th birthday Xin became an ANBU at long last and a celebration was thrown. However the joy did not last long. The village was infiltrated by sand ninja and every civillian was devoured by black sand. Kai and Xin were the only survivors. As Kai walked the sandy streets Xin appeared and spoke these words: "Kai, you think you know so much about being a shinobi. You know nothing. You ARE nothing! That's why the villagers died! Because you're weak! The sand nin I hired didn't last long. We are the only two sky nin left in existance! That will change in the future! When next we meet you'll die!" That voice rings in Kai's ears as he sleeps and so he trains for the day they meet again. Since then Kaiosou has mastered the Kasaigan. He has defeated Xin and is now trying to ressurect him so that he can learn Xin's sacred Jutsu's. Kaiosou was killed by Itachi and revived by Kensuma. He is now a drifting shinobi and has no memory of his recent past.
Presently
He travels throughout the villages and tries to come to terms with his supposed violent past. He seems to be drawn to Konoha in particular. He has also recently joined Aoigetsu as a spy for Akatsuki. He has now returned to Akatsuki with his new knowledge.
