I get a laptop from school and the school server blocks myspace and facebook and all that but us being tricky little children decided to go under proxies. at first, just the free proxy surf sites were blocked. then the proxy lists were blocked. i can understand how the administrator does that, but then, actual proxy servers were being blocked. HOW?
those things change constantly...
and is there a way to get around that?
