A lake on a mountain in the center of Purity Country so enriched in minerals even a single drop of its precious waters could cure any sickness instantly.

Hikari stopped by the lake often to just ponder in thought, she sat down close to the waters edge and stuck her feet in the water and laid back. Drifting into thought on a very sunny day.

I arrived at the lake, hot and sweaty after mastering walking on walls and was ready to master walking on water. I looked across the lake to see another. It was a girl! I raised my hand and waved enough for her to see. She looked familiar, and I felt as if I should remember why, but I would find out as soon as I crossed this lake. I took a gander at the water I was getting ready to walk on and performed a hand-seal and concentrated on my feet. I took my first step and applied pressure. My foot wobbled on the water a bit so I took another step and started to slide toward the middle. I stopped myself, a little hunched over looking like a fool, but I was floating on the surface, none the less. I'm such a noob... I looked up again at the girl who might of been laughing on the other side and tried to balance myself on the moving water. In the process of taking another step, I slipped and fell backwards, swinging my arms as if catching the air would help me. Water surrounded me and I felt at peace. The water wasn't too cold, or too warm. I even floated a bit, and rolled my eyes at the thought of the girl who might of been laughing harder. I floated to the top and showed my head. I looked around in case anyone else might of seen and placed my chakra filled hand on top of the water. I concentrated... hard... and pulled myself up. I layed on top of the water, and helped myself up. I'ma gonna master this technique! I thought to myself and walked clumsily around in circles. After a short while, I was getting the hang of it enough to actually skate on the water, as if I were ice skating. Than I wondered, if I concentrated enough chakra in a circular motion, I could proppell myself. I stood still and performed another hand-seal and spun my chakra around my feet, and I was moving like a... uhh... some kind of fast boat! And than it occured to me, that chakra allowed you to repel an object against water. Could it do the same for the wind?

Jase sat on a rock looking at the playfull ninja trying her best to walk on the water. It amused him and he chuckled a slight smile, which he had not done in months. She reminded himself in younger years trying hard to get something but loosing all hope in such a task that would seam hard yet everyone else did it with ease. Chakra to him used to be such a confusing yet important part of life that he sometimes wish did not exsist. He remembered that at one point he was ready to give up all together. The thought of simply using a boat arose to him many many times untill he finnaly worked up the corage to step onto the water. Sure he fell in over a dozen times as the taste of the water begain to get familer with his toung and he made friends with ever fish in the lake. One day he took his first few steps and he felt like a baby learning to walk. Eventually he walked all the way to the other side. He could relate and for that reason she made him smile.

Hikari stood up from being frightened by the random falls into the water. She walked onto the water with slight troubles, but didn't show it. She walked out to where Ancheta was gliding around. "Hey, didn't take you that long to learn it now did it?" She had her hands on her hips, being casual.

((is a boy)) Ancheta started showing off by doing circles around her."It's only easy because of my previous training. Walking on walls, which is a lot easier. More painful, but easier."Ancheta failed to notice the other pair of eyes watching.

Kaijin walked up to the lake. He hadn't shown so much as a hint of a smile since his father's death. He took his shoes off and let his feet dangle in the water as he sat on the shore and let out a long sigh.

Ancheta had gotten used to walking on water, but still needed practice before it was like riding a bike. He stopped and looked at the far shore. He slowly began to sink, when he saw the son of their kage. He looked down at his feet and noticed the change of his size and his eyes widened. He paniced a bit and lost all of his focus. He fell right into the lake. One hand was extended out of the water. After a moment of letting it sink in, he proppelled himself to the opposite side of Kaijin. He had enough of walking on water and walls for one day. He had to practice on some more advanced techniques. He was off to the academy.

Kaijin received a message in his radio ear piece and got up. He waked over to Hikari and tapped her on the shoulder. He whispered to her saying "Come on, we've got to go. the insurgence is gathering at the airport.

Raizen sat on a boulder and began to meditate and calm his chakra flow.
