I jumped into a large tree I called, The Tree of Life. Everything seemed to thrive from this giant tree; all of the animals, myself and even other plants. I made this tree my home.
It was late so training wasn't going to happen anytime soon, but tomorrow... I would start my journey of life.

I awoke, and stretched puting an arch in my back and pushing my legs out as far from my arms as possible. I rested and hopped down the tree, jumping from limb to limb until there weren't any limbs. Every morning, pretty much I had this dilemma. I stared at the trunk of the tree and thought... It's still a pretty long way down, and I don't wanna look like an idiot again. I've heard about people walking on walls, and I've even seen one of the teachers practicing as they walked on water. So anything was possible... I just have to think about it.
I performed a hand-seal and hoped that I was concentrating enough chakra to my feet to stick to the tree's bark. I kicked one foot out and swung it around until it were as if I had begun running down the tree and started... running down the tree. I slowed to a walk, which was much harder than it looked. I had to tighten my abs to stand upright, but I got it. I was walkin' on walls... hell yeah... I was close enough to the bottom, now to touch it, so I hopped down. I looked back up to the tree with a thought. Maybe other surfaces are harder to stick to. I'm sure water is much more difficult, seeing as it changes at a faster rate than trees. I'll have to work on my wall walking.
I concentrated my chakra again, to the ends of my feet and started to dash upward into the tree where I started my training. I got halfway up and realised how much harder it was keeping focused. I started to slip and clung to a branch. I swung myself back the trunk and concentrated the chakra to my hand this time, and pressed my body against the tree. I slid down perfectly.
I looked up again... I would master this technique... And with a quick start I was halfway up the tree again. Go! Go! Go! I was focused! I had no other thing on my mind! Which is probably the reason why I ran into a branch. I fell downward, hitting a few limbs on my way down and than the ground. Ouch... *rule #1 - focus *rule #2 - watch where you're going
slowly, I'm figuring this technique out.
I picked myself up and dusted myself off. I was sore on my body and my arms, and a little around my neck. Luckily... that had nothing to do with my feet. Well, my neck does a little, but I'll be careful. I shot back up the tree concentrating as if I weren't and in no time, I was up there. Nature is the reason I was able to do it. I just have to try less and just do it.
I slid back down the tree, and tried it a few more times. I was going for the water right after this.

After studying the a bit in the academy library I came back to my tree to take a short nap. I thought that maybe it would spark something. And... I was right. I had the perfect dream. The giant sword that I summoned was the perfect technique to base my fighting style on. I would practice sealing, and unsealing.
After a short trip back to the library, I brought back a book that explained different types of seals and how they were used, why they were used. I again, learned a lot. Enough to begin my training.
First I needed ink... sigh... I hurried to the market where I found a man selling enough ink to drown a giant snake and bought most of it from him. He gave it to me in a gourd, but I needed an easier way to transport it around. So then I came up with my first technique.

Training: Secret Ink Well Technique
I carried the gourde of ink all the way back to the jungle and hoped to some God that this technique work. I was planning on using a varyation to the wall walking technique. Instead of my body, I would be using my hair, and instead of a wall, I would be using ink... I removed my mask from the top of my head, so my face was still covered. What I revealed was a bush of unruly hair, sort of like an afro. This was it... I poured some ink onto my hair and focused chakra to my hair. I hope! I hope! I hope! After like ten minutes of repeating "I hope!" in my head, I realised it was working. But than I felt a trickle. I would have to get used to holding it up as if it were a normal thing, just like walking...
I practiced the technique for hours and decided to sleep. When I realised my dilemma... That night... I practiced holding it in my sleep, as if it were like wetting the bed and how you don't do it while you're sleeping. I would master these techniques!

I woke up in the middle of the night. I didn't really sleep, more of a nap. With a yawn, I stretched and performed my normal morning ritual. Suddenly I remembered the ink in my hair! Panic! Of course... I was still working on always being cool. Even with ink running down my face. And I was doing so well... I wiped the ink off of my face with my hand and I was enlightened. Another technique.

Training: Ink Control
I washed off my face... my hair... and... well, pretty much I bathed. And I gotta say, bathing in the moonlight isn't so bad. Anyhow I poured more ink into my hair and clung it to my hairs. Now, I just needed to figure out how to use it without touching it. Chakra allows a person to do the impossible...
I focused chakra into my hair, and inbedded the ink with the chakra. I figured; since I could move my chakra, than I could move the things that contain my chakra. The ink in my hair, slowly moved down the back of my neck and down my arms to my hand. I looked down at my open palm and made the ink move to all five of my fingers. I moved the trails back to the center and it formed a large black blob. Nice...

"Nice..."

I read in the book about seals, that items required a medium to travel through. Which is why got the ink. I'll use the ink to mark things, and than I'll activate the seals which is my art. Hmm... I guess first... I'll need things to summon. I looked to the base of the tree where my sword lay against the ground. That's a start. Hmm... but I don't want to have to waste ink everytime I need the sword. I'll need to tattoo myself. Idea!

Training: Beatiful bruise
I've come up with the idea of tattooing things with my chakra infused ink. I just needed the ink to be on whatever I wanted tattooed. I dropped some ink onto my palm again and I let it spread into a symbol that translated to, "Help." I put the same symbol on my giant sword, but I etched it in with a rock.
The ink in my hand was just a blob of ink in the shape of a symbol. Now I needed it on my skin permenantly. I pushed the chakra infused ink down onto my hand, and with a short sting, there it was. I let the remaining ink back into my hair so I could stare at my cool new hand tattoo. Yay!

"Help!" I shouted as I threw my hand to the side of me and in a large puff of smoke, my sword appeared in my hand. I smiled and looked off to the side a bit as if I were posing, although no one else was there.
"I done good..." I said to myself.

Training: Fire Seal

I was reading the book of seals again, and it started saying something about a person in the leaf village being possessed by a demon. The nine-tailed demon was sealed into a baby boy. Hmm... I began to read on sealing items and realised that these sealing techniques can be just as deadly as they are good for house-keeping.
I had to test this... I made a symbol of fire, and I started a flame. I activated the fire-seal and the flames were sucked into the tree. My eyes widened. I made the same seal on another tree and made another flame. The flame was much farther from the seal this time. I activated the seal with a hand-seal of my own, and the flame was drawn into the seal from a distance. Yes!
I than unsealed one fire seal and it caught the tree on fire. I quickly put it out, since I like trees. I activated one of the seals from a distance, and it too exploded into flame. YES!!!
Oh, snap! The fire!!
PostPosted: Sun Jul 08, 2007 5:59 pm

Hmm... but when am I gonna get the chance to seal fire into a seal that I place on my opponent's body? I know I can get the seal on the body, the only problem is actually getting the fire. Hmm... chakra... If I could get chakra to move fast enough... no... If I could cause enough friction. If I could get two sides of my chakra to create enough chakra to spark a flame. But... the chakra might get away if I focus it out of my body. So friction in my body, and than I'll have to blow it all out. Like dragons do.

Training: Art of the Dragon
(Dragon Fire)
I practiced a set of hand-seals for a long time. And after I mastered the set, I began to perform the technique. I could feel the burning in my chest, well... burning! I took in a deep breath and I could feel the flame in my chest increase!!! GOD! I almost spit it out, but remembered I was in a forest! WTF was I thinking!?!? I looked up and dashed up the tree! As soon as I got to the top I spit it out into the air.
Thank Goodness... Art of the Dragon.

Summoning: The Butterflies

Sealing techniques were my thing. While going through the book of seals again, I came upon a technique that allowed the user to summon a creature. From another plane of existence. I looked into this. I've heard of fights between giant animals before... I than had a flash-back of a show I saw once where a giant green lizard was fighting a giant moth. I snapped out of it and wonedered how I would go about summoning something like this.
After hours of meditation, I decided and after two hours it seemed as though I was wrong. I almost gave up when the wind picked up in my direction. I looked to where the wind was coming from, and from above there was a a flurry of colors. Colors that I could feel, touching and carresing me. Suddenly I was in the air, being carried by butterflies! They continued to flutter around me, so I couldn't tell where I was going.
Finally, they dropped me off in a place that seemed to beautiful to be real. The flowers were abundant in grew in all the right places, and the trees were large and covered by the colorful butterflies. I felt another, much stronger breeze hit me and looked up to see a giant butterfly. Sweet... the butterfly.
Later, after striking a deal with the butterflies, I was returned to my spot of meditation and rested. The negotiations were hard and very complicated. I tattooed my chest with the Butterflie's seal so that I could summon them with ease.

Training: Summoning: Ancheta
(Flying thundergod)

After reading about the summoning technique, and learning to do it, I realised that those mysterious creatures weren't the only things that could be summoned. Weapons could be summoned, items, other techniques, and even... people. I realised that this was an idea.
I placed my seal on a tree and stood back. A seal that belonged to me. I also placed my seal on my sword. So when I activated the seal, I disappeared and in a puff of smoke I appeared on top of my sword. I found out though, that summoning yourself takes a lot of energy. I was breathing heavely.

Training: The 5th Season

After ordering an incredible shipment of spears and other sharp poles, I was ready for my next technique. It required the use of a very large scroll, or...
I used the ink and my chakra to make the seal on the ground and sealed away all of the. I got out of distance of the technique and activated the seal. In many different puffs, a large amount of spears and other sharp poles flew out of the ground and into the air. Good... the next part of the technique is the falling part. The spears and other sharp poles fell around me. I've trained enough for today. Time to go into town and get something to eat!

Training: Trade Seals
The last technique made me see that if I needed items, than I would have to have them at all times, so this impossible technique would have to be created soon. He placed a seal on the ground, and in it; another seal that translated to the number one. He than sealed a rock into that seal, and than placed another seal on a nearby tree. One seal had a rock, and the other was empty. He performed a hand-seal and nothing happened. He performed another hand-seal, activating the seal on the tree, and a rock fell from the seal. Trade seal mastered.

Training: Ink Clone

I performed a hand-seal and the chakra in my hair flew down the back of my neck and from my face, and I made it solid like myself, and gave it another look by using the transformation technique. Hm... that wasn't so hard.

Training: Power&Speed

Hm... I've realized that all I've done is make up techniques and practice them. I need to get stronger, and faster, quicker. I dashed forward at a tree, holding my giant sword and cut it in half with just one slash. I laughed loudly into the air. But... I've seen... heard other stories of people who have done greater things.
I gripped the handle of my sword and flipped it, so I was holding the sword underhandedly. I dashed forward at a tree, and I caught it... well... it caught me. I was hit by myown handle after it got stuck in the tree. I flipped and hit the ground. Ouch...
I stood up again and I knew than that I had to become stronger... faster...
I pulled the sword out of the tree and held it the same way again. When I can get through more than one tree with this... I'll have to get through one more... and so on.

"Dammit..." I said, just before I dashed forward at a tree.
This went on for hours. But I got through it... Half of the jungle was gone, but I had done it. My wrists felt like they were almost broken, and my fore-arms too. My legs were burning, still pulsing.
I was too tired to do anything else... it was time for me to rest! Well... actually...

Training: Legendary Ink Wells

Just in case I do run out of ink, I thought of a way to create more ink. It's obvious that I'll of had to do a lot. So either I needed to have some sort of way to summon ink to me whenever I needed, (which is what I was going to do sooner or later) or find a way to turn my sweat or other bodily fluids into ink.
I performed a hand-seal and concentrated all of the energy I had left into my sweat. After cutting down so many trees, I was definately sweating. So I had an abundant source of sweat. The sweat on my face, I could feel it, condensed and became darker. Heh... to think. If I was ever taking an extrodinarily hard test, and all of a sudden I ran out of ink, I could use any liquid I had at my disposal. This technique's difficulty would vary do to the density of the original liquid.
