Okay so. I've got everything for Natalia's Noble Roar, and I've used it many many times already. But lately, I can't get it to work anymore.
And also, I've got everything necessary for Luke's Lost Fon Drive, but that won't work either.
Help? sweatdrop
EDIT: Well, since Anise's Dying Moon stopped working all of a sudden too, I'll assume all the hidden mystic artes stopped working. xP
Guess I'll save getting those for my 3rd playthrough then. >>

I've only used Noble Roar once or twice so I can't help you on that.
But for Luke's Lost Fon Drive, make sure you have the Sword of Lorelei and not the Jewel.
Only reason why I'm underlining 'sword' is that my friend and I couldn't do it because we only had the Jewel and figured it out only after having the Sword of Lorelei.
Back on track, you also need to be in the red zone, or having 15% HP left.
Then you press X, O, the square button simultaneously.
And it should work afterwards.

It's a hard one to get. The timing of hitting all the buttons together makes it difficult (took me FOREVER to get it). Oh, I've given up on EVER using Noble Roar; I can never get the effing bow...
But you have to equip the COMPLETED Sword of Lorelei, have 15% HP or less, 50 TP available, and be in OV (over limit).
Lost Fon Drive is a tricky arte to pull off.

I dont remember exactly what u have to get but i think indignation for jade isnt supposed to be that hard, right? mystic cage is my favorite so far, though its pretty fun doing the Radiant Howl Extention.
