Have you ever helped a friend threw a brake up? Well I have a guy friend and his b/f left him for a girl and he is heart broken... He thinks the world is going to end and he is making himself sick b/c he is holding in his emotions. I'm trying to comfort him but it was so long ago when this happened to me so kind of rusty on this I guess....Has anyone gone through this and can help me?
