Ok... there's alot going on in this guild thats really getting on my nerves. But I decided to not go on a ranting spree and just talk it out with everyone. If you want something changed in this guild, address it now. If you have any issues or matters that need to be discussed, do it now. If you have any problems with me or anther mod or anyone in this guild, bring it up now. To be frank; I'm pretty flexable and lax about anything so long as someone talks to me about it, when people go off and do stuff on thier own thats what gets to me. Also, I think it's time we begin to communicate, becuase none of use are really working together, we're all just kind of doing our own thing right now. And from this moment on, dont adress me as the captain, I want to be on equal foting with everyone. If you want to go toe to toe with me and curse me out, bring it on!!!!!! lol.

But seriously, if we dont get everything out in the open, and everthing keeps what they have to say to themselves we wont be able to progress and this guid will go down the drain. I already know I've made my share of screw ups and mistakes, thats why I said for you to comment on me. I dont known what needs to be changed if no one clearly says it.

well i think the giuld is doing good...i guess....but it needs more active sensei's becuase it seems like the genin's are training them-sevles and somehow learnnig b ranked jutsus and all. I think first we need a to get the squads set up.

I agree, the squads are reall screwed up, but that's the Kage's job to fix. I'd also like to address these problems and get them out in the open.
-Inactive Threads in Villages: I've been looking through some of the village, and I see some topics that have been inactive for months. These topics should either be deleted or cleaned, same goes with topics that have 100+ pages. They're too hard to navigate, and mostly contain old news. If the last post there was several weeks old, then the topic should be deleted and replaced by a new one.
-Village Organization and Numbers: The number of people in each village should be kept track of. If one village has an abundance of people, and other are lacking them, new members should be able to enter the less active villages freely, whereas the overactive villages should ban new members from entering until the numbers have evened out. The organization and classification of people in the villages should also be reorganized into the following groups with the following number of people in each group per village:
Kage (1) Sannin (3) ANBU ( 5-8 ) Special Jounin/Medical-Nin (10) Jounin (Enough so that each Jounin has at least 1/2 disciples) Chuunin (No Limit) Genin (No Limit)
If it comes to the point where there are too many Genin, then Kages, ANBU or Sannin can take on disciples. This is only a rough plan however, and can easily be modified. Existing members of the guild, providing they have adequate roleplaying skills, should be offered higher positions in inactive villages, so that those villages can become more active. Basically, this is like advertising the village to the members.
Inactive Members: If a member has been a part of the guild for 2+ months and has yet not posted, they should be PM'ed stating that they have (X) number of days to post a profile or face being banned. The point of this is to remind people, not to ban them, with the banning threat being a way to jump-start those people into being more active, since they may have simply forgot they were still in the guild.
Chuunin/Jounin Exams: These should be held every 3 months (on different occasions, obviously). This way, people have motivation to stay active, and won't get bored of RPing a genin all the time. Chuunin applying for the Jounin exams must have been a Chuunin before the start of the last Chuunin exam to apply.

Chuunin applying for the Jounin exams must have been a Chuunin before the start of the last Chuunin exam to apply. Basically what i said. But here's what i think. There needs to be a limit of genin and academy students my sorry but they can just make jounin's or chuunin's and have students of there own. If there a group of 5 genins then 3 get a chuunin and the other 2 get the other chuunin. And i think you shouldn't be able to post until your assigned a squad leader. And that spaud leader should PM that genin about who's in the squad and what they can learn in stuff. Also have a problem with genin's someho learnining A ranked and B ranked jutsus just by going to the local dojo and making 3 posts and BOOM they learn it there should be a reqiurment of jutsus a genin can learn like get premission by his sensei to teach him that jutsu. and that Jounin or sensei should ask the kage of that village for premission. But when there's like 12 students and only 3 sensei's and their taken some of those genin's need to become a sensei.

The only thing I want to complain about is the fact that there are people in the guild with more than four characters and they continue to use all of those characters together to do what I call "power level", whereby they use their stronger character to teach the weaker character powerful moves. I think that we should set up a rule for this type of problem. This is my suggestion:
-Original Characters- If someone is using original characters they should be limited to only using ONE character.
-Made-Up Characters- If someone is using made-up characters they should be limited to using only TWO characters with NO original characters.
I chose to talk about this because of the following situation:
Yesterday I was considerring taking the role of Naruto. But I then realized how unfair that would be considerring that Kaiosou is a member of Akatsuki. It would be way too easy for Akatsuki to get Kyuubi then because all I would have to do is say "naruto surrenders to the Akatsuki".
Basically all I'm saying is not to let someone mix original characters with made-up characters OR two original characters. (Ex. Itachi and Naruto)

As for the rest of what your saying, why dont we just say that people with multiple characters cant interact with each other... Cause I sa that Princess, hitane, and ken tend to make new characters and have thier older character teach the new ones techniques they shouldnt have... I'm nt singling them out or anything.... they were just the first ones that came to mind.

Absolutely...that's very important. Also, no techniques that copy the ability of a kekke genkai. For example, (not to single him out) Slicerin has a move called 'Dark Matter Control' that let's him know every jutsu done by the opponent before the opponent even does the move. I think that's a little too similar to Sharingan...

Well I can see the problem with that... but I'm not the kind of person to just get rid of an ability... mabe edit and or limit it

dark matter control only lets me see everything for that ten minutes. I can only learn a limited amount of what you know in that time unless I completely concentrate on it. It isn't the same as sharingan in the case that sharingan is based on mangyoukou being the strongest thing possible, where as all I can do it learn your jutsu's for ten minutes. I have good limitations for it as well, and a good downside. Sorry to go against anyone if I am but I REFUSE to change it.
