Personality: Extremely tactless, always nosy, flirtatious, mostly nice, extremely serious when angered, very aware of his current physical state.
Bio: Belongs to an organization known as Zil (See my Zil guild for a description soon) he has spent the last 3 years of his life developing multiple skills, he develops so many, and opens up so many pools of power (Chakra, Psychic energy, Kekkai Strength) that he runs out of each of them fast, regardless of how many he has, additionally his knowledge in all of them are limited at best, although he excels extremely well in conserving the abilities and hand to hand combat, uses a scythe that folds up into a staff and a fuuma shruiken attached to wires around his arms, also is well trained in boxing-esque punches, not very good at kicking though. He is searching ultimately for someone that can alter time itself, and pull them into his organization, and will not hide that fact.
Relations: Crimson (his screen name is Crimson Reaper) who is a partner of his in Zil, as well as Xin (a ninja half-demon girl whose screen name is Xin_Hien) who was also recruited into his organization.
Profession: Zil member, so that currently would seem like a space pirate to most, since he wears symbolic white robes.
Weaponry: Scythe that folds into a walking stick, and a Fuuma Shruiken on his back, additionally is good at fist fights.
Items: None, other than what he wears, which include a white robe of the organization Zil, and his weapons and underclothing, which he openly wears, hiding his white robe until right before he introduces himself as a Zil member. Standardly wears a black shirt and Faded dark blue pants with boots.
Skills/Powers: Teleportation over short distances (Can use an almost infinite number of times, but it takes about 3 minutes between uses.)
Chakra infused super heating of his weapons (Also limited, but not so much) - Additionally when he super heats his weapons, he usually throws them, and uses chakra to also control them.
Psychic abilities, although these are limited, usually once a day can mimic someone else's abilities for a very very short period of time as well as read minds. Finally his most developed and more constant ability is the use of--
Kekkai (Barrier techniques that can move objects to other dimensions, as well as create protective shields around people or areas, he must have a free hand to use this ability, it is activation by speaking as well as holding two fingers together), which include the command lines:
Houi (Stopping an enemy's movement for a short period of time, usually for 5 seconds or less.)
Jouso (Creating a weak barrier around a place, not enough to stop a strong punch, but enough to at least keep something from running for a brief moment if Houi cannot be used)
Ketsu (Creates a strong barrier around the place Jouso was used, but if Jouso was not used it makes a barrier around Kitsune)
Kai (Dispels all Kekkai created by Kitsune)
Metsu (Destroys enemy target if the target is weak enough, or if the enemy is not weak enough, teleports them out of this plane for 1 minute. If the target is not weak at all or has an unusually high vigor or resistance to damage... such as a space craft or extremely strong opponent, Metsu will simply burst)
Tenketsu (Requires a weapon, such as a staff or scythe to use, can destroy opponents in other planes of existance if they were sealed there by Metsu, use of this ability will drain all of his Kekkai until he eats and rests.)
Special Attributes: Trained to act like a fox, and has fox like scars on his face.
Faults: His Chakra and Psychic pools are extremely limited, He has bullheaded and will not pull out of a battle even when overwhelmed, finally he is very much so on the offensive side of combat, leaving him with little for defense except Kekkai barriers.
